    Tasha: Like what? Bev: Well, I was thinking about adding a zip line, extending the lake so we can add more canoes, kayaks, and banana boats, upgrading the cabins, and build a stage for the end of camp performances. Tasha: [looks at her in shock] Bev: I know….I know, right now it’s all here say

    Bev: I know….I know, right now it’s all here say but when I reviewed the budget the money is there if it’s dispersed correctly. I don’t just want the kinds to enjoy themselves but want them to leave with lasting memories too.

    Tasha: Sounds like they have the right person for the job.

    Bev: Thanks!

    Margo: Yayyyyyyyyy!

    Bev: I know we just met but would you mind discussing with me the programs and training of the staff?

    Tasha: Sure, of course I’d love too. [internally she was more than grateful she had crossed paths with Bev she was an excellent distraction needed to keep her mind of Alice]

    Calling all her business contacts and affiliates she lied telling them there had been an unsuspecting death in the family and she needed a few days to cope with the loss. Although, no one physically died in actually someone did in fact die and time was needed to mourn the loss of her relationship. If someone would have told her Dana would betray the way she did she would have told them to shove it where the sun doesn’t shine! Dana hurt her in the worse way imaginable and she had no idea what to do next. What she did know was she planned on ignoring her calls and texts until she was eligible to collect social security! Not wanting to be nowhere near her or inhale the same air she instructed her driver to drive to Santa Barbara an hour and thirty minutes north of Los Angeles. Without going into too much detail she called her sister letting her know she needed to get away for a days Leslie told her about property she owned in Santa Barbara and that she could stay there for as long as she needed too. When she opened the door to the 5 bedroom 4 bath home she was greeted by the fresh scent of clean linen. She was more than impressed of the home and smiled in admiration as her sister had excellent taste. Throwing her purse on the coach she walks into the kitchen finds a bottle of Pinot Noir then pours herself a glass. After downing it she refills it then walks towards the massive patio door. Opening it she steps outside looks overlooking the balcony and stares out into the ocean. There was a slight breeze and the cool air felt refreshing against her face. Closing her eyes she inhaled the salty ocean scent and listened as the waves crashed against the silent shore. Finally, opening her eyes she let out a loud sigh before allowing the tears to fall from her eyes.

      I was so excited when i recieved a notification that you posted a chapter.

      I wish you too a save and enjoyable New Years.

      About the story, it seems that they are all having big trouble in their relationships. It is sad. I worry about Tina and Bette. What Bette said was indeed very hurtfull, but i can understand it. Since her job offer to China, Tina encouraged her to go and was willing to let them be apart for a long time and now she has the opportunity to go to Atlanta. I know she didn’t plan this, but i can see Bette’s point of view. They need to talk and sort this mess up before it totally comes to the point of them moving on and splitt for good.

      Over the Festive Period I have read, and thoroughly enjoyed, all 16 Posts of this great Story.

      I am now quite desperate for the next post please as you have left my absolute favourite couple, Bette and Tina, in a bad place. So could we perhaps have a New Year gift of another post from you, please.

      Love the way you write these Characters, you have me crying with laughter one minute and sadness a few pages later.

      Very interesting chapter, apparently, Lara is breaking with Dana, and this one has to deal with her feelings.
      I don’t know where Alice feelings are.
      Bette really screwed up hard, well I hope the reconciliation would be as intense as the fight
      OMG, the Wicked Witch of the West (Jenny) is back, I hope she’ll fall in the piranha’s nest.
