“No, trust me I was already up.”
“Tina are you sure?”
“Yes, Dane really I’m sure, “Tina says before turning on her left turn signal
“I’m asking because when I called you were kind of breathing hard like you just finished running a 4-mile race, “Tina blushes in response and Dana immediately knew why.
“Good grief I knew you and Bette were doing it!”
“Dana!”
“What, you two are always doing it!?”
“That is not true!”
“Yes, remember when we all meet at IHOP and me and Al caught——–,”while smiling she pauses as the seconds passed by the smile slowly faded from her face.
“What, lie were you going to tell?”
“Oh, uhm, “she clears her throat before she continued, “I was going to say that was the day we caught you two playing “Leggo My Eggo” in the handicap stall.
Tina laughs out loud, “That is not true, “she turns her head from the road towards Dana only to have her stare back at her, “Okay, fine that was true look you’ll never hear me apologize because my wife is hot!”
“Hey, I’m not saying anything except you two are sex freaks!”
“Yes we are and I love it and her, “she says while getting off the freeway exit. As she did Dana felt her phone vibrate in her pocket. Pulling it out she sees she had a text from Lara, opening the message she sees the “I’m sorry” text not ready to forgive her she places it back in her pocket.
“Hey Tina can I ask you a question?”
“Yup go head shoot, “she says grabbing her Starbucks coffee and taking a sip.
“I know you and Bette have hit some rough patches in your relationship.”
“Yup, we sure did all worthwhile relationships do.”
“I mean how did you two overcome them and move on, “Dana says somberly. Hearing the tone in her friends voice Tina felt something was wrong, “Hey is everything okay with you and Lara?”
“Yeah, “she lied, “Everything is great you know I was just asking because I was curious that’s all.”
“I mean both Bette and I have experienced it all infidelity, lying, selfishness, jealously, deceitfulness, she hurt me I hurt her, I mean the whole nine but at the end of the day my heart is drawn to hers and hers to mine and that my friend is something always worth fighting for.”

It seems that Dana and Lara seems to have made peace, so far.
And what will be the reaction of Alice when faced with Dana? though
I think Alice should stay with Tasha.
And our couple Bette and Tina, who are only in love.

What a chapter; they (Tina, Shane, Bette, etc) are very wrong, how could they neglect her friend Alice to take care of Dana; and how Tasha could do that to Alice, everybody is lying trying to avoid hurting Alice but that is precisely what they are doing, hurting her. Things are getting very interesting.
P
