Lara tried her best to remain focus during an important conference call although she was excited about the direction her career was heading in her thoughts drifted elsewhere. It was now 3 o’ clock in the afternoon and after sending text messages and leaving voicemail messages Dana never responded. She knew she had hurt her when telling her she couldn’t attend Bettes gala but with each passing moment not hearing from her she began to realize maybe she had hurt her more than she realized.

“So Lara we can increase your profits by 35% and give your suppliers a discount on food and other supplies without exceeding your overhead.” Lara was so occupied with her thoughts she didn’t hear the information being conveyed to her.

Walking out of the meeting she grabs her phone and searches for the 1-800-Flowers app when she finds it and orders two dozen pink and white roses. Going through her contacts she finds the name she is looking for and calls. She had some making up to do and she planned on going all out.

Dana enjoyed spending time with Tina on the movie set, it was exciting and it kept her busy. She couldn’t have been more proud for her friend. She was her acting assistant for the day while on set many recognized who she was and she was more than happy to sign autographs and pose for pictures. Being a part of the atmosphere made her miss being in the states even more. Tina gave her the grand tour she visited the lavish sets, saw how the costumes were designed, the special graphics room, and Tina even introduced her to the cast of the film. Never in a million years would she ever think she would be star struck that is until she was introduced to Meryl Streep who was also the star of the movie.
