Alice ”And hey…bald is beautiful.”

Dana ”I think so.  My eyes, huh?”

Alice ”You do have great eyes.  That mannequin doesn’t shit on you.”

Dana smirks initially, leading to a small laugh.

Dana ”I’m really glad you’re both here.  I mean that.”

Lara ”Come on guys.  We gotta get to The Planet so we can meet Doctor Love.”

Alice ”Yeah, gonna see if I can get her to sign my book.”

With Alice, Lara, and Dana soon arriving, Mark is already there, putting up a poster for the upcoming release party at Wax for his documentary.  The words, ”Lesbian Compendium,” on a flier helps drive home the reality that is Mark’s situation.  This is actually happening.  Kit is there on this busy day.

Mark ”Hey, Kit.  Thanks for letting me put this up here.”

Kit ”Not a problem, I hope it goes great.”

Angus arrives, bringing coffee for Kit.

Angus ”How long have you been working on this project?”

Mark ”Over a year.  Started off with interviews and then it took on a life of its own…especially after Veronica Bloom climbed on board.  I got to watch and approve the final product.  It’s amazing what they did to help tie everything together.  You didn’t hear this from me so don’t jinx it, but…there’s even talk that if this goes well, they might actually try a film adaptation.  An actual screenplay and all that, based on this.  It’s just…mind blowing.”

Angus ”Dude.  Seriously, congrats on that.”

Mark ”Thanks.”

Mark looks at the flier with pride.

While Mark beams with pride, Dr. Susan Love is at her table, signing Alice’s copy of her book, Dr. Susan Love’s Breast Book.

Susan ”There you go, Alice.”

Alice ”Why, thank you Doctor Love.”

As Susan talks, giving encouragement to Dana, Lara and Alice look on.  They even look at one another momentarily, with Lara giving Alice an encouraging pat on the shoulder.  Alice smiles, happy to receive it.

Dana’s apartment.

Lara has taken Dana back to her apartment after leaving The Planet while Alice has headed over to Wax.  She helps Dana into bed to take a nap and kisses her on the cheek.  The plan is for Dana to rest now so she can enjoy the release party later.
