Lara ”Let me know if you need anything, okay?”

Dana nods.  Lara begins to make her way to the door.

Dana ”Lara?”

Lara turns to Dana.

Lara ”Yes?”

Dana ”You and Alice are okay?”

Lara nods.

Lara ”We’re great.  I’m happy she’s here.”

Dana smiles.

Dana ”Come here…please?”

Lara begins to make her back to Dana.

Dana ”I don’t wanna rest alone…if that’s okay.”

Lara smiles, climbing onto the bed.  Dana turns toward Lara, both lying face to face now.

Lara ”There’s nothing I won’t do for you.”

Dana ”…I know.”

Dana reaches out to Lara’s face, stroking her hair.

She can never know.

Wax.

While Dana and Lara share a moment of peace together, Alice has arrived at Wax where Shane, Mark, Carmen, and Mark’s friend, Gomey are all helping set things up for Mark’s release party.  There is still some tension between Shane and Carmen.  Gomey notices, but Mark is there as well.

Mark ”Gomey.  Stop staring.”

Gomey ”Dude…it just looks like they’re havin’ one of those melodramatic moments.”

Mark ”They might be.  Stop staring.”

Gomey rolls his eyes.

Gomey ”Same ol’ Mark.”

Mark ”Same ol’ Gomey.”

Gomey ”Fuckin’ A.”

While Bette continues her silent retreat, Tina is now introduced to a single father named Henry during a swimming lesson for the kids.  Helena is also there with her children.  Later in the evening, it will be time for Tina and Helena to head off to Wax.

Wax.

One of Chase’s friends has taken over the D.J’ing responsibilities tonight.  Tonight, Carmen is one of the guests of honor for this party.  She and Shane are among the stars of the show tonight.  Dax is there, taking in the party as well, dancing with a lady named Chandra.  Alice, Dana, and Lara are there along with Tina and Helena.  Gabby and Robin soon join the group, along with Shane, Carmen, Mark and Gomey to help celebrate the evening.

Alice ”Wow, look at you two, still together and everything.”

Gabby ”What can I say?  I’m in love.”

Alice ”Gabby Deveaux in love.”

Robin ”It’s a crazy world, Alice.  Hey, Lara.”

Lara ”Hi.  Things are good?”

Robin ”Things are really good.  We’re um…not hanging out with those…other friends as much.”

Gabby ”Oh, those two couples with the kids?”
