Tina walked through the corridors of the school and straight to Bette’s office.
“I presume my wife is hiding here James…Yes?”
“Er…em…well…” James stuttered
“No need to reply I know she is, I seen her car” Tina opened Bette’s office door
Bette looked up
“If you’re going to have a go don’t even bother”
Tina closed the door
“Why are you here, hiding?”
“Because you’re snapping, Jess won’t even look at me and Carmen just snapped too and to be honest I just needed a break from it all” Bette explained
“Let’s go home and speak to them together” Tina sighed
“They don’t want to talk T and I don’t blame them I was out of line”
“Yes you were, but you were worried and stressed so it’s okay” Tina stated holding out her hand “Come on, no point hiding in here”
Bette took Tina’s hand “Do you have any idea how it feels to have 4 of your girls be pissed at you?”
“No because I’m not stupid enough to piss my 4 girls off at the same time” Tina smirked “I’ll meet you at home get organised”
“Okay I won’t be long” Bette kissed Tina softly

Tina pulled into the drive and walked into the house.
“Hey you” Tina smiled at Carmen “I didn’t know you had a bark”
“I’m really sorry, I shouldn’t have snapped at Bette” Carmen apologised “It’s just Jess is my person and I hate her being upset”
“No no you’re entitled to your opinion, but I do think you both need to speak to Bette, she will be home in the next 10 minutes…so erm where’s my baby Rottweiler?”
“Still asleep, I’ll go wake her but I don’t think she’ll participate”
“I’ll wake her… the chat is not up for discussion” Tina stated leaving and going to Jess’s side of the house
Jess was sitting on her sofa in her side of the house on her phone.
“Oh hi…I thought you were sleeping”
“I was I’m just awake, shouldn’t you be at the hospital?” Jess asked
“Lisa is there, I’m going back in an hour, I want you to come speak to Mama”
“I think I’m going to pass on that” Jess stated
“Jess it’s not up for discussion, I know your angry but really Mason needs us being a family not all fighting with each other”
“Mum I didn’t start this, Infact I’m not even sure what I did wrong for her to get pissed at me”
“You didn’t do anything wrong, I just want you to hear her out Jess…Please” Tina looked at Jess
“Fine” Jess got up of her sofa and made her way into the lounge”
Just as Jess sat down Bette walked in the door
“Okay no shouting or raised voices just talking please” Tina instructed
“I owe you an apology I’m sorry” Bette apologised
“Why you sorry?” Jess asked folding her arms
“What happened with Mason has absolutely nothing to do with you” Bette admitted
“Why would you lay that on me in the first place?” Jess asked
“It’s just you get a lot of our attention Jess and…”
Jess cut Bette off “I never ask for any of your attention Mama, you give it regardless of what I say”
“Jess you worry us” Bette admitted
“Why I’m the same as Lisa and Mason”
“You have epilepsy and asthma”
“What’s that got to do with anything?” Jess asked
“You get stressed easily and then your health takes the impact”
“And you saying I nearly got my brother killed doesn’t add any stress no?” Jess snapped “And whilst I’m on a roll here…my career paid for this house, I work my ass off singing silly songs!”
“Wow we never asked you to buy the house, Me and your Mama could have also done that” Tina added “But we did appreciate it”
“Jess I’m sorry” Bette sighed “what more do you want me to do?”
“I want you to start thinking before you open that huge mouth of yours, because firstly you can be very offensive and secondly you can really hurt us!” Jess got up “Mum I did what you asked I heard her out” Jess left the lounge going back to her side of the house
“Carman I owe you an apology too I had no right to say what I did” Bette apologised “I don’t think any bad of you and I’m sorry if you felt that way”
“Apology accepted…however my fiancée isn’t as understanding as me” Carmen smiled
“Yep don’t I know it” Bette sighed
