You’re so funny laughing herself… Ok back to Fran. I have read a sample of her writhing which wasn’t bad.. a little stiff for the articles but would work well in the  Ad department.. I think with Andy’s help over there he could shape her into a great asset. But the question is who do we bring out to fill the position? Do you have any thoughts?  I don’t know everyone’s ability’s over there, short of looking in their file but that doesn’t tell the whole picture.

I hired her mid-summer she had asked to be out on the floor but at the time I needed her in with Andy. She does have some photograph back ground as I recall.

Ok .. opening the file and glancing over the papers inside….yes she went to The Art Institute of Tucson and graduated with a photo journalism degree wasn’t at the top of her class but still good grades.. And Andy says she’s a good worker.. hands the file to Bette… give her a looksee.. If you like switch them out.
