Hello Bette Jane says watching Bette walk in the door like a cat that swallowed a canary.

Bette walks in see her beauty working hard and on the phone talking  with hand gestures it must be Alice, Tina had told her that she had to keep one on one contact with her because Fran doesn’t relay information completely… which is her job she is the communicator between the departments…And Tina was annoyed with Fran for putting this extra work on her… Bette grabs her coffee and walks out but looks back at Tina who looks to be ready to pull her hair out by the roots and Tina sees her, Bette does the phone gesture to her ear wanting Tina to call her when she gets time. Tina nods her head.

An hour later Tina comes to Bette’s office carrying her lunch, Bette’s on the phone so Tina flops down on Bette’s couch… when Bette hangs up…

Oh My God Bette!… Tina says shaking her head.. I can’t take any more and Alice can’t get anything done either.

Don’t worry Friday is her last day. Getting up walking over to Tina and sits beside her rubbing her back.

Really how do you know… are you firing her? I don’t want anyone to lose their job… But…

Transferring her.. You will have Sasha Williams Monday morning to train. Is that soon enough.

Uhmmm I’ll take it.. Tina says with a big smile.. Wait where is she coming from and does she know her ass from a hole in the ground?

Bette laughs.. Yes, I had a talk with Peggy she suggested her and she has a Photo journalism back ground.  She should be a good fit. And Andy will take Fran and work his magic…

Well I hope he has some magic beans to make her fly… cause she has no pep in her step..
