Bette & Tina
Tina woke up three minutes before the alarm went off and looked around, temporarily unaware of her surroundings. Tina got up and went to the bathroom to relieve her full bladder and rinse her face. She was still sleepy, but figured she needed to get back to the apartment before Alice called the police citing grand theft. It tickled Tina that Alice was so attached to her car and wondered if shed be the same way when she got her own. Speaking of cars, Tina remembered that she was supposed to go look at cars today.

*****! She exclaimed as she looked at her red eyes in the mirror.

Bette was up and waited for Tina to come out of the bathroom.

Oh, hey! Tina jumped as she bumped into Bette. I thought you were still in the room, Tina went on as she stepped around Bette.

I see youre inner alarm is still in full swing, Bette teased, trying to keep the air light between them.

Yeah, I guess so, Tina went into the living room the turn the alarm off. I forgot to press the off button when I got up, Tina slid her clogs back on and reached for her jacket.

I really wish you didnt have to leave, Bette said sadly. It really felt good to have you here, Bette ran her hand down Tinas arm.

It was nice and I enjoyed being here, but I really do need to go, Tina eased toward the door. I forgot Im supposed to go to see Alices friend at the car lot today.

Will Alice be ready to go with you? Bette asked, stalling Tina from leaving.

Im not sure, but I hope so, cause I dont know her friend and would feel a little awkward meeting her on my own, Tina twirled the keys to distract her from the butterflies in her stomach.

If its okay with you, I can go with you if Alice is still feeling the after effects of last night, Bette offered.

Thank Bette, Tina smiled. Ill call you when I get back and let you know. I wanna do it early because I know Im gonna feel the aftermath of my minimal sleep later on, Tina smiled, still ignoring the butterflies.
