Bette had called for reinforcements, recruiting Shane, Dana and Tasha to help with the final preparations. She also had called two big favors, asking Kit and her chef Lara to help with the catering and asking a very pregnant Carmen if she would be interested in DJ’ing if only for a short while. The Latina was more than happy to accept, even joking as to what her new DJ name would be: DJ Milf.
Tina couldn’t have expressed her thanks enough, she truly had amazing friends. She was currently going over the "don’t let in" list with Tasha who would be helping with valet parking while at the same time working undercover as her usual Sheriff self to ensure no unwanted guests would crash their event.
Tina’s phone had been constantly ringing of the hook as it was, there were even some out-of-towners seen snooping around in hopes of trying to get a good story for the tabloids. Considering she had a taste of what it was like to be in the spotlight, Tina knew well enough how badly the paparazzi could twist a simple story or picture.
She already instructed Tasha and the rest of the town to throw the annoying reporters off their tracks. Thankfully for Tina, she had been a favorite amongst the people in her town when she was growing up because no one bore any ill will towards her for leaving Alabama for so long or even for her inexcusable behavior when she returned. They were more than happy to help in any way she could.
Sam and Alice were going over the floor plan for the banquet . . well Sam was anyway, Alice was barely paying attention. She would be caught staring at Tasha who was deep in conversation with Tina and got a slap on the arm each time as a result.

So, Helena must be suffering from some mild form of heat stroke, and one of the symptoms seems to be craving a beat down of massive proportions from Bette. Oh well, I suppose it might not matter what Bette does if Tina gets to Helena first. Helena is pathetic, though. She’s not going to break them up at this stage, even Katherine is on their side now. Great chapter, thanks for the post! :)

Oh I sure hope that Bette or Tina gives helena the beating of he life and slams her ass in the limo and tells them to lose her on the way to the nearest airport. wait for the next chapter. The peabody’s really need to get out of town. Never thought I’d feel that way about peggy but damn, she is a super bitch in this one. Thanks.
I hope Bette doesn’t fly at Helena like some Neanderthal. She should dig up some pride, ignore, seat back and laugh at the insane woman. IMO it’s Tina’s battle, she is the one to deal with Helena once and for all.
