“I asked her PT myself…she should go out…she needs to get out of the house” he told me walking away into the parking lot, then I saw Spencer at her locker and went up to her

“I can’t believe you lied to me” I told her

“what are you talking about?” she asked

“I talked to your brother, and he said you’re allowed to go according to your physical therapist…if you didn’t want to go with me that bad you could have just said so” I told her

“it’s not that I don’t want to go with you…I still want to hang out with you” she told me

“well it’s my last homecoming ever…I’m going, if you wanted to hang out with me then you should have said yes last night” I said “if you wanted to lie to me and have me find out Spencer…congratulations…you succeeded” I told her walking away

“Ashley!” Katie said running up to me “wait up…” she said

“hey Katie” I told her stopping at my locker down another hallway

“so…homecoming, is Spencer going?” she asked

“she said no…” I told her simply

“so her PT’s not letting her go?” she asked

“no…no her PT said it was a good idea for her to go…she just…she just doesn’t want to go with me…” I told her

“that’s so stupid” she said “…you’re her girlfriend”

“yeah well I guess that doesn’t mean much these days” I said then we went to our own classes and mine was with Spencer, but that didn’t mean much to me right now…when I walked into the room I saw Spencer sitting there then I saw Aiden alone too, so I went to sit by him

“woah” he said “why are you here?” I asked confused

“yeah and so is your girlfriend”

“I don’t even know if she’s my girlfriend anymore”

“I asked her to homecoming, in the most romantic way I could think of, you know…I put the banner at the beach with the roses and everything, then she said her doctor wont let her go, but her brother told me she’s allowed to go according to the Doc…so she lied to me and wont tell me why” I explained to him
