Karen looks up from her cubicle and sees Kara.

Karen: Hey, what are you doing on this floor?

Kara adjusts her glasses.

Kara: Miss Grant’s in the middle of an interview sooo I just thought I’d check on you. Haven’t seen you much lately.

Karen: I’m still getting used to everything here.

Kara: Um… Have you heard from Laurel?

Karen: Umm…

Karen does not want this subject broached.

Karen: I’m just trying to focus on work right now.

Kara: Don’t wanna talk about it?

Karen shakes her head as she tries looking at her computer monitor.

Karen: Not right now.

Kara: Okay… um. If you need to talk with someone…

Karen: You wouldn’t understand.

Kara: Karen, my girlfriend can use vibrational powers to defend herself. She’s an Inhuman and thankfully L.A.’s the one town where I can say that and not be run out. I know Laurel thinks the world of y-

Karen: You don’t know what she thinks. You don’t know anything about her like I do. Maybe you should ask Daisy instead. Assuming you’re not looking forward to using those vibrations on you.

Kara does not like the bitter tone in Karen’s voice.

Kara: Meet me on the rooftop, a.s.a.p., please.

Karen ignores her, looking at her monitor.

Karen: I’m busy.

Karen finds herself startled by the sudden spark from her desktop and her monitor going black. She looks over to see Kara’s glasses above her eyes while she rubs at them.

Kara: Sorry. Got something in my eye.

Kara’s eyes care closed as she places the glasses back in the proper position.

Kara: Just meet me up there. It won’t take long.

Karen begins to wonder if Kara is an Inhuman as well as Kara exits.

Karen: Shit.

At the Planet, the mood is different as Iris checks on Daisy and Jessica. They are seated side by side at the bar as Iris places her arms around both.

Iris: Come on, guys. It’s not all bad. Laurel’s getting better. We’re still here. You guys are still kicking butt.

Daisy: Karen refuses to talk to Laurel.

Jessica: And Sara’s still pissed at me. Thea’s still pissed at… damn everything.

Iris: She’ll come around. If she’s a good person, she will.

Bobbi soon enters the Planet and Iris smiles upon seeing her. They meet with a kiss with Daisy and Jessica looking on.
