    ”Bye Tina” Bette responded and heard the phone hang up on the other end. Bette took her ear piece out and quickly grabbed her planner opening it and writing down the address off of her palm. While opening the car door, Bette looked over at Myrtle parked a few spaces down and scoffed.

    ”Thank God I don’t have to deal with that demon car from hell anymore now that I am driving the Mercedes I always wanted. I can’t believe I finally arrived at this point in my life where my career is taking off. Now if I can just find the love of my life it will be perfect” Bette said to herself as she walked to Alice’s apartment door and opened it with the key.

    ”Hey Porter!” Alice called out and smiled as she watched Bette walk into the living room and set her purse and keys down. ”You want a beer?”

    ”Sure and Why are you so chipper Alice?. Are you happy your demon car attacked me today?” Bette asked sarcastically as Alice went into the kitchen and came back handing her a beer.

    ”Well I told you to be nice and now you know Myrtle doesn’t play. But no that’s not why I’m chipper as you say.” Alice responded as she sat down in the chair opposite of Bette and continued to smile.

    Bette took a sip of her beer and cut her eyes over at Alice then rolled them.

    ”Ok Alice. What are you dying to tell me?” Bette finally asked

    Alice shook her head and chuckled

    ”Dr. Kennard was eyeing you today” Alice said matter-of-factly and took a sip of her beer

    Bette scoffed and waved her hand.

    ”Alice that’s crazy. She was not”

    ”Bette? Who do you think you are talking to? I know eyeing and she was eyeing you. Not eyeing you as in ”Oh I like what she is wearing”. She was eyeing you like ”Mmmmm. Let me strip you and see what’s underneath all that restrictive clothing”

    Bette shook her head

      It seems both woman are ready for the love of their life and their journey to each other has begun.

      I have one request, please don’t set up Tina with Helena when things with Bette will be tough.
