    Helebette – Sunday night, Monday morning

    Drawing back to look into her eyes, I answered Bette, "How happy I am that you’re with me at this moment, and how safe I feel in your arms."

    Bette smiled, searching my eyes with hers, and whispered, "I’m very happy to be with you. Holding you."

    We kissed again softly and I cuddled back in close to her. Before long, Bette’s breathing lulled me into sleep. When I awoke the next morning, I was delighted to find myself still wrapped in her arms.

    The early morning sun shone brightly through the windows. I judged it to be just after dawn, as I felt Helena stir next to me. My eyes were still closed as she kissed my cheek lightly. She tried unobtrusively to disentangle herself from my nocturnal grasp. But when I felt her gentle grip around my arm, to remove it from around her waist, I surprised her by clutching her tighter.

    Opening my eyes, I teased in my low, morning voice, "Where do you think you’re going?"

    "I didn’t mean to wake you, Bette," Helena apologized, smiling.

    "You didn’t. I was already awake," I said, leaning in to kiss her lips. "Good morning, by the way."

    "Good morning to you," Helena said, after our lips embraced.

    "How are you?" I asked.

    "I’m fabulous," she grinned.

    I smoothed one hand over the supple skin of her back, and rubbed one foot up and down the length of Helena’s leg.

    "Well, you certainly feel good this morning," I whispered, as my hand moved down to caress and knead her ass.

    "Mmm. You’re already being mischievous this morning," Helena replied, reaching in to flick her tongue against my ear.

    "Mm-hmm. I like making love in the morning, Helena," I spoke softly as I began to lick her neck. "Do you?"

    I could feel her heart begin to race and beat harder against my chest.

    "Yes," she whispered.

    "So, do you want to be bad this morning?" I asked. "Last night, you said that I was ‘mischievous’ and you were ‘bad.’"

    "I believe I could tolerate being a little naughty," Helena answered, caressing her cheek against mine. "What time do you have to be at work?"

    "Not until eleven," I replied. "And you?"

    6. That was must have been mind bending for them zheese, in any number of ways. Besides the sex (they seemed to quite enjoy themselves), Helena has experienced a dream coming true (how often does that happen?), and Bette’s completely captivated by the one who’d been her nemesis up until the other day. Damn, maybe I just never hated anybody enough!
