    Tina’s office, morning: Tina is at her desk typing on the computer when a knock is heard and Kathy comes in.

    Kathy – Here is the script. And Bette Porter is on line 1.

    She hands her the document.

    Tina – Thanks, Kathy! I’ll get it.

    She holds the receiver and waits for her assistant to leave, pressing the button for line 1 and smiling.

    Tina – Hey!

    Bette looks anxious.

    Bette – Hey! I miss you terribly!

    Tina – I miss you too!

    Bette – I couldn’t sleep last night.

    The blonde smiles and nods.

    Tina – I know, I had trouble too. We’ll be together tomorrow night.

    The gallery owner shakes her head.  

    Bette – Have lunch with me!

    Tina – Umm … It’s such a busy day … I have to go to Malibu again this afternoon.

    The brunette sighs and types on her computer keyboard.

    Bette – What if we met in Malibu?

    Tina – Umm …what time?

    Bette – Now.

    Tina – Now? It’s only eleven!

    Bette – I can’t wait! I need to put my hands on you.

    Tina chuckles.

    Tina – Mmmm … I need to put my mouth on you.

    Bette – Don’t get me started!

    Tina – OK. Where?

    Bette looks at the computer monitor.

    Bette – Umm … I’m looking for a hotel right now.

    The blonde raises her eyebrows.

    Tina – I thought you said lunch.

    Bette – What do you think I want to eat?

    Tina inhales sharply and closes her eyes.

    Tina – Ohh … shit!

    Bette – How about the Malibu Beach Inn?

    Tina – I’ll be there in an hour!

    Bette – Hurry!

    The blonde hangs up and stands up, opening the door.

    Tina – Kathy!

    Tina’s office, morning: Tina is arranging some papers on her desk when Kathy shows up at the door.

    Tina – I need to leave now. Please hold my calls and take messages.

    Kathy – Sure. What time will you be back?

    Tina – Uh … I won’t today.  I’m going to the Malibu set.

    Kathy – What about your 12:30 pm meeting with the lawyers?

    Tina – Hmm … Please postpone it for tomorrow. It’s not urgent.

    Kathy – OK.

    Tina – And could you please take these transcripts and file them away?

    Kathy – Yes.

    The producer grabs her purse and turns to leave when the phone rings. She turns to her assistant shaking her head.

      Great chapter and a great story, that was really hot.

      I like the way in which Tina provokes Bette and makes her break the rules.
