There was just silence so she continued.
Tina, open the door.
A broken hearted Tina could only reply in a broken voice,
Bette, just go.
With that Bette started beating the door.
Not until you hear me out Tina, not until I can see your face, not until you let me tell you how sorry I am.

And as a new reason came out she began to hit harder. She could hear Tina crying and she knew this wasnt the way it was supposed to be. And as she kept telling her she wouldnt leave, the tears were seeping through and her knees were getting weaker until she could no longer stand and slowly let herself fall to her knees. Resting her head on the door, she said,

Tina, I cant do this without you, I dont want to even try. You have to believe me, baby. God, Im so sorry T, just please let me see you.
And as she finished the last words, the door opened, but Bette remained on her knees. Tina just walked up to her grabbed her face between her hands forcefully and just looked down at her, dead into her eyes.
Fine Bette, here I am. Look at me, is this what you wanted.
Bette was now crying not because Tina was physically hurting her, but because she was the one to do this. Through her sobs, and closed eyes Tina kept on,
What Bette, you cant even look at me. Open your eyes, Bette, open them.
Afraid of what might happen if she didnt, she opened them to see what she had done once again.

Im sorry, I love you, T, Im sorry.

Bettes I love yous didnt work anymore and that hurt Tina more than anything else. With Bettes face still in her hands, she forced her up and when eye-to-eye she said,

I hate what you did, I hate her, but most of all I hate you.

Tina new the last part wasnt true but it felt right for now. Bette not being able to take the words, the pain in Tinas eyes, the hurting of her already bruised face tried to pull away, and when she did, Tinas hands started flying again to Bettes face.
The others wanting to fix it and help, couldnt decide, which one to help because they both needed it. So, as much as it pained them, all three stood there and watched with tears in their eyes as their friends who they loved tried to deal with everything that was wrong.
