Tina:  I know. I know… Thank you for caring for me.

Bette:  You’re welcome Sweetie. Now can you handle your shower from here or do I need to help you get out.

Tina:  I think I’m okay. Thank you.

Bette got out of the shower and started to dry off and then dry her hair.  She was watching Tina in the mirror and notice that she seemed to be daydreaming and staring off into space. She then turned off the shower and Bette handed her a towel and then her fluffy robe. She checked to see that the bandages were still in place. Tina then went to the bedroom and looked for some clothes.  She found a lounging suit and some bedroom slippers. Bette finished her hair and put on some make up and then dressed in some casual slacks and a white long sleeve shirt. She then put on some low-heeled dress shoes. She wanted to be dressed ready to go out to do errands. Tina was dressing to hang around the house.

Bette then grabbed her wife and pulled her into a searing kiss.

Bette: I needed a proper good morning.  How do you feel?

Tina:  I don’t have much energy. I slept well. Maybe I just need some coffee. You look nice.  What are you up to this morning?

Bette:  I’m not sure. I wanted to be ready to do errands or whatever this morning. Come on, let’s go get some breakfast.

Tina and Bette headed down to the kitchen.

Kit was sitting at the table drinking coffee and reading a book as Bette and Tina came in.

Kit: Finally! About time you two got up. How about some breakfast?

Bette: Oh, Kit, you don’t have to do that. I can fix our breakfast.

Kit: Sit down and have some coffee. I’m set up and ready to go. Your breakfast will be ready in just a minute.

Tina: Did you get the kids feed this morning?

Kit:  Yes, Angie got up and was going to do it, but I decided to help her out.

Tina:  Thank you Kit.  I appreciate you looking out for the kids.

Kit:  That is what family does. Besides, your kids are of the age to handle almost everything. They have been doing laundry and they cleaned up the media room. They have been cleaning their golf shoes and clubs. The least I can do is prepare a couple of meals.
