    Bette: Well, I do appreciate it more than you know. I appreciate you staying here with Tina yesterday. Tina: Thank you Kit. I wasn’t much of hostess yesterday. I slept all day. Kit:  That is what you were supposed to do – sleep! I was just here to make sure you didn’t get into any

    Bette: Well, I do appreciate it more than you know. I appreciate you staying here with Tina yesterday.

    Tina: Thank you Kit. I wasn’t much of hostess yesterday. I slept all day.

    Kit:  That is what you were supposed to do – sleep! I was just here to make sure you didn’t get into any mischief.

    Tina laughed: I was not able to get into any mischief.

    Bette:  Well, we were not taking any chances.  You are a very determined at times to do what you want to do. Now, did you make an appointment for an inspector for the house in Santa Monica?

    Tina:  Oh god! Yeah, I am supposed to meet him at the house at 11:00 this morning. Vivian is going to be there to unlock the house!

    Bette:  How long do you think the inspection is going to take?

    Tina:  About an hour or an hour and a half. They are going to bring a bucket truck to get on the roof for an inspection this afternoon. But we have the closing for the studio.

    Bette: Calm down Tina. We will handle this. Do you have the name and number for the inspector?

    Tina pulled out her cell phone. She noticed that there were several text messages. She saw one for the inspector.

    Tina:  Oh god, the inspector wants to come an hour earlier and he will have the bucket truck there by 11:00.

    Bette:  Okay, Let’s eat breakfast and I will go and meet them at the house. You just need to eat your breakfast and walk around a little.  Kit, would you mind staying with Tina until I get back? Perhaps you and she can walk.

    Kit:  Sure honey, I’ll be glad to stay with my baby girl.

    Tina: Can I not go with you?

    Bette: You can if you think you can stand and walk for about an hour or so.  But remember, you have a closing this afternoon. And if you are too worn out by this inspection, you certainly will not be able to go to that. So, you need to decide which one is a higher priority for you. I can take care of this and you stay here and walk around a little and see what your energy level is. There is no place for you to sit at the house, and it will get awfully hot in the car. You need to take care of yourself remember you have other events to attend this week.
