    Christmas Mayhem!

    Woman: Who me?

    The woman pointed at herself.

Bette: Listen you fucking Alex Owens reject, this is Christmas and you are a grown woman so why don’t you act with some sense and quit throwing paper balls like a spoil child, you incompetent maggot!

The woman looked confused and hurt at Bette’s bashful comment, inside Bette wanted to immediately apologize but hey she was just hit in the head by a paper ball from this woman…or so she thought.

Woman: On the contrary to what you believe, I didn’t throw anything at you. I have been standing here just like you for hours trying to get into this store and buy the perfect gift for my wife, I don’t appreciate you insulting me.

Man: Um excuse me don’t mean to ease drop, but I think I can clear this up…as you can see over there my two sons are busy throwing a paper balls at each other after I just told them to stop and the last one accidentally flew this way hitting you in the head…I’m really sorry!

Bette looked at the two red hair boys playing and jumping around then back at the man.

    Bette: yeah it’s fine.

Bette smiled awkwardly at the man who then turned and went back over to his two sons who continuously to goof off. Bette turned her attention back to the woman who was looking down at her phone.

Bette: Hey listen I apologize for my rude outburst, you have my sincere apology please forgive me.

    Woman: All’s forgiven.

The woman smiled nonchantly then looked back down at her phone.

Bette: Honestly…it just been a long day and this mall is chaotic and I’m just on edge but that don’t excuse my behavior.

The woman looked up at Bette when she could hear and feel the sincereness in her voice, and rubbed her shoulder with a smile.

Woman: I understand really I feel the same way, we’re good.

    Bette: okay.

Bette let out a deep breath, she felt horrible for her behavior in front of all these people but was more than glad that the woman forgave her.

Bette: Since you been here for hours, why don’t you go head and go in, I will come back for my gift after Christmas is over with.
