    Christmas Mayhem!

Kit: Nice meeting you, gotta go!

Kit laughed and caught up with Angie as they hurried out the door.

Kit: You know Angie you shouldn’t fight with other kids, especially on Christmas… it’s a time to be loving and sweet to one another.

Angie: I know but I love my Mama B and she was trying to steal her gift.

Kit: I know baby girl but fighting is not the way to handle things ok, sometimes you gotta walk away.

Angelica nodded her head and listen on.

    Kit: Hey.

Angie looked at Kit who had a big smile on her face and her fist pumped out.

    Kit: Nice work kiddo!

    Angie: Thanks!

Kit: But don’t tell your moms, okay?

    Angie: OK.
    ………..

Tina tried to ignore the woman and just walk on by but the woman stood in front of her so she couldn’t move again.

Woman: That wasn’t very nice of you, you know?

Tina: You’re right and I’m sorry for my behavior, it’s just my daughter really loves Frozen and this is the ultimate gift for her.

Woman: Would’ve been more understandable if you just said that, I totally get it…but you did have it first so all in fair’s war huh?

    Tina: Absolutely

Woman: I’m Laurel by the way, hope your daughter love her gift.

The woman said extended her hand out for Tina to shake.

Tina: Tina, and sorry about earlier and that there was only one Frozen karaoke machine left.

Laurel: That’s ok, turns out my daughter Nala loves Princess Tiana now anyways and luckily they had one left so we both did good.

Laurel laughed her unique laugh at Tina which she found to be absolutely adorable.

Tina: oh the Princes and the Frog girl, that was my last year’s mayhem.

Tina chuckled almost the same way as Laurel.

    Laurel: Kids.

    Tina: Kids.

    They said again in agreement.

Laurel: Nice meeting you Tina and Merry Christmas!

Tina: you too Laurel, and Merry Christmas!

They waved at each other then walked to separate lines to pay for their the goods.
    ……….

Bette turned around to see the woman looking around playing coy as if she didn’t just throw the paper ball at Bette’s head.

Bette: Did you just throw that paper ball at me?
