    Don’t Say Good Bye~ Chapter 6

    “Now?”

    “That’s what he said.”

“Did he say what about Jane?”

“Something about a script that you recommended.”

“Oh god, he’s probably going to fire me.”

“Miss Kennard you can’t think like that.”

“I hope this is good, thanks Jane”

    “You’re welcome”

They both hung up and Tina went to see Mr. Walters.

“Hi, Tina Kennard here to see Mr. Walters.”

“Have a seat right over there, he’ll be right with you.”

She sits down and she can hear him yelling at someone in his office.

“WHAT THE HELL KIND OF SCRIPT IS THIS? I TELL YOU TO GET ME SOMETHING GOOD AND YOU TRY AND SELL ME THIS CRAP? GET OUT OF MY OFFICE! I DON’T WANT TO HEAR IT, GET OUT!”

‘Oh god this is going to be bad.’

She sees a guy coming out of the office and he looks like he’s ready to sprint out of the building. Now she’s really nervous.

‘I can’t let him know that I am nervous, I can’t. Just go in there like you own this place, well kind of own the place.’

She heard him on the secretary’s intercom.

“You can send her in now.”

“Mr. Walter’s will see you now.”

    “Yes, of course.”

She goes in and she sees him looking a little irritated so she just stands there waiting for some sort of invitation to sit down.

    “Miss Kennard I presume.”

    “Yes sir.”

He looks at some papers on his desk. She notices that it’s the script that she recommended. He looks back up at her.

    “Please, sit”

He motions to her to sit on the leather chair in front of his desk. She sits and waits for him to talk.

“So Blake said that you are the best assistant that he’s ever had.”

“I try and do the best that I can sir”

“I see. He said that you were reading some scripts and you recommended this one.”

    “Yes sir”

    There’s an awkward silence.

“Miss Kennard you seem to have an eye for stuff like this. I want to see what else you can offer to this company, so I’m going to make you a line producer for this film.”
