Los Angeles, LCPD Academy.
LCPD Officer Stacy Sheridan had just arrived at the academy to visit her mentor, TJ Hooker. However, the threatening red sky has caused what was to be a jovial occasion to become more serious.
Throughout the different universes, it is the same threat. The sky, the weather, the earth shaking violently about, and along the way there is a wave of antimatter coming for all of them. No matter their powers, their abilities, their stances or philosophies. No matter. They are all looking at certain doom. Worlds both remembered and forgotten are all in danger of suffering the same fate.

Los Angeles.
The earth begins to shake violently as Bette once again tries to reach her daughter Angelica by phone unsuccessfully.
Bette “Angie, pick up!!! Fuck!”
Bette looks over and sees Dani talking with her fiancee, Sophie on her phone. They are tearfully reminding one another of their love. She then looks back outside and sees a mysterious wave coming for them.
Inside the MCC, objects inside are beginning to fall as various people inside partake in a mixture of panic and prayer. Rebecca leads in prayer while Finley joins hands with others.
Rebecca “…I shall fear no evil.”
Finley can hear the roar outside. It is unnatural in its sound and her mind can only interpret it as pending death coming for them all. This is no way to live and certainly no way to die.

Las Vegas, 1987.
In Los Angeles, the world is coming to an end. In Las Vegas, it is the same fate as Ruth Wilder watches out the window of her suite at the Fan-Tan Hotel and Casino. She can hear the screaming and frantic voices outside. Her roommate, Sheila is with her co-workers and friends. Ruth feels guilty for not spending these last few moments with them, but instead she has tried calling her family back in Omaha on the phone, only to get no answer. She sees the lightning from the red sky and hears the nightmarish thunder.
She tries calling Sam Sylvia. No answer.
The streets of Las Vegas are flooding. It was never supposed to end like this. Tears streaming down her face, Ruth attempts to call Debbie who is in Los Angeles. She had tried calling earlier before trying her family, but now just as then, there is no answer.
“Ruth Wilder. Zoya the Destroya.”
The voice is unfamiliar and it startles Ruth as she turns around, not noticing the wave of antimatter approaching.
Ruth “Who the hell are you???”
Harbinger “I’m Harbinger and you’re needed.”
Ruth sees Harbinger reach out with her right hand and both disappear from the room as the wave approaches.
“Welcome any change, my friend.”
