    Dana confides in Shane and decides she needs to have a talk with Alice. Alice calls Bette.

    Im happy for you. Bette sorted her thoughts before speaking again, What did you want to talk about?

    Alice picked up her pen, Oh, yeah. Provocations. So whats the story behind it?

    Dana came home, seeing Alice sprawled across her desk, sleeping. She walked over by her girlfriend, noticing the computer still on. She quickly glanced at the Word document, surprised and relieved to see that the Provocations article was finished. Dana rubbed Alices arm, Babes, get up.

    Alice groaned, Just a few more minutes.

    Al, before your back goes all out of whack. At least help me out and move your chair away from the desk.

    Alice slid her chair back, still keeping her arms and head on the desk. Dana swooped down and lifted Alice up. Where to, my lady? she spoke in a horrible fake English accent.

    Alice opened her eyes slightly. To the bedroom, o mighty one.

    Dana dropped Alice down on the bed, There you go.

    Thats not very romantic, just throwing me down. Youre supposed to lay me down gentlyunder the covers.

    You can always demonstrate that for me.

    Yeah, and wrench out my back, I dont think so.

    Dana laughed, But youll let me who needs a working back, carry your heavy ***** all over the place.

    You got that right except Im not heavy.

    Uh huh. Are you forgetting your big head?

    And are you forgetting that you need weight training to keep that ***** body of yours in good shape? Im only helping you out.

    Dana rolled her eyes, Youre incorrigible.

    Dana?

    Hmm.

    Do you think we could last?

    Yeah. I do.

    Me too. Alice snuggled close to Dana. Dana?

    Yes?

    I want you to know that Bette and I sorted everything out. And that I dont want you thinking that I didnt love you or that you werent enough because youre more than enough for me. I think I was a little scaredof us.

    Dana rolled over on to her side, I need to tell you something. She heard Alice curse under her breath, Its not as bad as you think. Ive been trying not topressure you. I know I hurt you. And I keep things uh inside which is bad. Very bad. I know Im not veryopen with our relationship. Im still worried about-
