L’Amour – Part 16
I figured as much. I dont blame you for that, Dane. I understand.
I cant protect you anymore. When I do, I hurt you even more. So Im really going to try and not do that so much. I have a big match on Saturday night. I was wondering if you would like to go.
Id love to.
I feel silly asking you to go. I mean not silly that I want you to go, but having to ask you. You know because youd think youd go just to see me. That I wouldnt have to ask, but I stopped you from going. But Im notnow.
Alices face softened, there was nothing cuter to her than a bumbling Dana. She loved how Dana would overly describe things that dont need any explanation. I guess youll make sure I have a seat then?
No, I want you to go with me. Drive up with me in my car and then walk with me inside and sit with all the other players boyfriends or girlfriends.
Alice was floored, she couldnt believe that Dana came out of the blue asking her to go to a match as her girlfriend. Gee Dane, the first match you ask me to and you want me to go as your official girlfriend?
Dane grinned sheepishly, Yeah.
Alright! Im bringing the whip and the bullhorn!
Dana’s eyes widened, Dont you dare! And no signs either.
What the ***** kind of spectator sport doesnt have signs?
And please no fake tattoos on your face.
What am I allowed to do, Ms. Tennis Star?
Clap.
Clap?
Yup. Just clap. One other thing.
Ugh, not another condition.
No, not that. Im not as ok as I said I was about yours and Bettes situation.
Its all sorted now, I promise, Dane. I am really, really sorry that I put you in the middle of that.
I dont want to say Im jealous, but I just want you all to myself. Is that bad for me to say?
Alice shook her head, No, its not. Because I dont want to share you either. Alice moved her face closer to Danas and whispered, Hon, I didnt know you cared so much to get jealous.
Dana blushed, I was tempted to give her a hook and then run away.
Alice chuckled at Danas version of chivalry. Yeah, if you hit her, you better run. Shes a toughie.

I think this story is coming to an end. There’s another couple chapters that need to be edited and it’s either the end of this one or the beginning of a short story. Any ideas or requests? My email is sptmbrgrl@hotmail.com if you don’t want to write a comment.
I like this I hope you that you have found some more ideas as this is great post soon
