Bette rose up and stared Tina in the eyes.

Bette: You had an out-of-body experience?

Tina: Yeah I think I did.

Bette: Wow Tina that seem scary.

Tina: Well it gets weirder, so there we were as a family laying on the deck with Angelica in between us and then we all drifted off to sleep and the next thing I know, the dream goes into a another part where I’m watching Angelica wake up and then she just gets up and started playing by herself. My real body was calling out to us but we couldn’t hear me, so Angelica kept playing alone until she heard something in the woods nearby and began walking towards it.

Bette: Oh my God.

Tina: Yeah I know, all of sudden Bette, she walks towards the woods and just disappear and that’s when I started screaming her name and then…

Bette: that’s when I woke you up?

Tina: Yeah.

Bette: Baby I’m so sorry that all of this is happening but it was just a dream Tina and nothing more.

Tina: I’m not so sure Bette.

Bette just stared at Tina, trying to figure out what she was trying to say.

Bette: Tina?

Tina: Bette something else happened since then.

Bette: When?

Tina: Last night.

Bette was confused, the only thing they experience was the cabin getting broken into, so she wasn’t sure where all of this was going.

Bette: What do you mean last night?

Tina: It happen in the middle of the night. I heard a noise like someone was opening a door so I started waking up thinking maybe the burglars had come back and I was just about to wake up when…

Bette: When what?

Tina: I know this might sound crazy Bette and maybe I should go get some help, but I could of sworn…well I think I might have seen a child standing near the door but I couldn’t take the thought of actually seeing something like that so I closed my eyes tight and when I opened them, she was gone.

Bette: She?

Tina: She.

Bette remained silenced for a few seconds. The miscarriage was having an impact on Tina in a way she would never have thought. Tina was becoming delusional or in denial or something…Bette wasn’t sure exactly what was happening to Tina.
