Bette: Tina I don’t know what to say.

Tina: Great, you think I’m crazy now.

Bette: No I don’t, it just this is a little too much to process don’t you think?

Tina: Tell me about it.

Bette: So?

Tina: I don’t know Bette.

Both women continue to look out towards the lake completely lost in their thoughts. This miscarriage was going to be hard on their relationship, and although it was a horrible thing to experience, maybe the worst was yet to come. They decided to drop the subject for now and talk about something else. After about two more hours outside they begin making their way back to the cabin.

At the same time of Bette and Tina walking back from the cabin…

The little girl had came from her hiding place inside another closet in a different room when she didn’t hear anymore voices. She slowly crept around the cabin looking for the women but saw no one. She walked into the living room and turned on the television then walked back into the kitchen. She had learned how to make her own cereals when she was at home, her mother had told her that she was a big girl because she was able to feed herself although she always made a huge mess in the kitchen. She opened the fridge and took out some milk, then pulled a chair next to the fridge and climbed up to get a box of cereal. She grabbed a box, climbed down, and started making her cereals and a mess in the kitchen. Once her cereals were made, she started walking towards the living room, dripping milk in a trail behind her as she walked. She sat on the couch and started watching television. Her bowl was almost empty when she heard the women talking and coming up the steps, so she ran in the kitchen and put the bowl on the table to run back in the room.

At the same time…

Bette and Tina were enjoying a laugh as they made their way back to the cabin. Bette put the key in the door, turned the knob, letting Tina enter first. She was talking to Tina but noticed that Tina had gotten quiet, when Bette turned towards Tina she saw the expression on her face and look towards the direction Tina was staring at…both women gasped.

Tina: Bette?

Bette: I see her Tina.
