    “I play squash – only because my only partner Hel hates badminton – which do you want to play ?”

    “Badminton – I brought two racquets with me but Lara doesn’t play either. She is more of a swimmer and a tennis player . She was telling me that Dana is a decent tennis player “

    “Yeah Alice told Helena “

    Tina’s eyebrows shot up — she didn’t want Alice nicking Dana from Lara.

    “From what Hel tells me Alice fancies Dana but Dana fancies Lara — is that right ? “

    “Lara and Dana fancy one another “ Tina said firmly “And they are making progress – what they don’t need is Ms King Size mouth Alice interfering – do you like Alice ? “

    “I don’t know her – she doesn’t shut up long enough for me to form an opinion. I like Shane though – she is very cool “

    “I am trying out for her band tomorrow “

    “First one you’ve been to ? “

    “Yeah – worried already “

    Bette looked away — un-nerved by the compliment. She gazed down at the pool. Tina knew as soon as she had said it that she had overstepped the mark.

    “Sorry “ she said softly “I meant eh — “”

     

    Bette looked back when she heard the upset in Tina’s voice.

So Tina is gonna be the one singing? Well, that sounds great too! I love how they are so confortable with each other, this is so meant to be! Of course, I’m biaised. But I think that one of your great talents, Ally, is that your stories always manage to unfold a B/T relationship that is totally meant to be! Please, please post again this week end!     17. I have read other college stories, but this one is so original and different. I just love it and love how you have written our B&T—the innocence, the naivety, the way they each want the other but are afraid to do anything about it. You are such an amazing author my friend and I can never get enough of your stories.
