Love In Control – Chapter I – Savannah (Part 1)
Rian hadn’t managed to say anything, yet, so Ed turned from her, dropped her hand and offered his to Bette. He introduced himself again. “Hi, I’m Ed. I’m a trainer travelling with my client. My client and I saw Rian running on the treadmill earlier, and it looked to me like she was having a problem with her running form, or something like that. I had to step away, and my client managed to approach Rian and help her out…”
Bette’s eyes were also bugged out, but the brunette managed a surprisingly cool response. “Hi Ed, I’m Bette.”
“Rian… yes…I’m Rian.”
Rian finally got her wits about her. “You … you’re a trainer?”
“Well … I really am more than that. But yes, I’m a trainer also.” Ed stepped back and gave them a friendly smile, as he stood with his hands on his hips. His grey-colored eyes had blue flecks in them and seemed to echo the smile on his mouth, and his overall face seemed friendly enough.
Rian and Bette exchanged a quick, uncertain look. And then each took an imperceptible step back eyeing Ed closely.
While they figured out what to make of Ed, Rian heard Aerin’s voice float across the room, heading in their direction. “Ed! Ed!”
Ed was a mountain of a man, and his body position put him between them and the gym’s entrance, plus his beefy arms were akimbo on his hips, which helped to block their view of anyone approaching from that direction even more. Both Bette and Rian simultaneously took steps to each side to try to look around Ed.
“Aerin! My gosh, Aerin is that you?” Bette called out, when she managed to see around Ed, thoroughly surprised. “You look amazing! What’s been happening to you?”
“Hey, Bette! Oh wow! Bette! Here! Of all places!” Aerin let go of the hand of a tall, lissome blonde in a loose tank top and yoga pants who’d been walking beside her. She half-ran towards Bette, who was also walking quickly towards Aerin, face split in a warm smile, arms wide open.
They laughed a little as they exchanged a series of tight hugs.
Rian trailed behind Bette and stood to the side as the two friends hugged. She flashed a smile at the blonde, who’d also caught up, and was looking on in a puzzled manner. “Hi, I’m Rian,” she said and extended a hand towards the blonde.

Loved the start of another story with these characters. Thanks
Wow! I loved it!
This statement of Bette and Tina was at the end
of chapter was pure poetry.
The entire constellation.
No way, you are back!
I am very happy to read your story and i truly love it!
B&T, god , still so much in love.
I am looking forward to the next update!
Where to start Skydancer……..? You’ve taken us on some wonderful journeys, introducing us to your alluring cast of characters. In addition to your version of Bette and Tina (which I absolutely adore), you’ve let us have a front row seat into the lives of Aerin, Harley, Jade, and Rian, each deep, rich characters in their own right. Now you’ve started us on this new, exciting journey with your ensemble cast, that will hopefully end with each in control of their loves and their destinies.
I hope that when Rian finds that switch to her spotty memories, she’s ready for the consequences. Like the saying goes, “Be careful what you wish for because you just might get it.”
By the way, my mind is in overdrive with Bette at a golf course resort. Please make Bette, as she is in every other facet of her life, an excellent golfer with a low handicap. The differing sets of tees and handicap system combine to make the game an even playing field no matter the player or the location. In my opinion, there’s nothing sexier than a woman who can conquer a traditional man’s game and put a cocky man in his place. Oh, and tight golf capris won’t hurt either….just sayin’.
I’ll be sure to grab the popcorn and a nice glass of Pinot Noir before reading your next chapter. Anxiously awaiting.
