    She raised the glass she was holding onto tightly, and took another sip, and swallowed the liquid fire down a suddenly dry throat.

    “But I’m telling you that this feeling got worse as we were dancing … your skin, your long neck, the point where it curves to an L on your shoulders, your body moving to the music …”

    She finished her drink and set the glass down.

    She looked at Tina, saying nothing else until the blonde finally looked up. In a soft voice, she asked, “Did you ever have this crazy romantic moment with someone … you know … that inexplicable feeling when you want to do something that you know is stupid?

    Tina took a deep breath, and looked back at the probing brown eyes.   How did I let it get to this point? She answered.  “Yes, I have.  When I first made love to Bette.  It was in a Ferris wheel.  In Paris.  Couldn’t get crazier than that.”

    A regretful smile began to tug at the edges of Kaci’s bow-tie shaped, pillow-soft lips. “Well, I’ve never done that crazy thing.  That crazy, romantic thing when you throw caution to the wind.”

    “Never?”

    That regretful smile again. “That’s what I told the bartender last night.  That cute one in the bar tonight?  I went to that bar last night, like I’ve been doing every night since I’ve been here.  I said, “This is what’s wrong with my life.  I want to be with this beautiful woman … this hot, sexy blonde … of course a blonde, right? … this woman who I found I could make  laugh and smile… because when she does, I feel a tingle.  A tingle that says, “against all odds, you lucky chick, you could grab a new life, here, with this woman.”

    Tina blew an unsteady breath out.

    “And I told the bartender when she tried to dismiss me that I’ve just been dreaming up this whole thing… I said, “Listen! This isn’t the alcohol talking.  I did feel something today for someone … I never thought I would do so, again, you understand?  This is big news for me!   I didn’t think it was possible.  Not after the crazy choices I’ve made.  But instead of taking her to bed …  Here I am talking to you …drinking like a lush …”

    1. is chapter is painful, Tina was again unfaithful, I hope for the next face that Tina be honest with Bette and Bette are angry and disappointed, I hope Bette took time alone to think about their marital future, I hope Tina suffer and drag to order forgiveness for having sexual desires for women and never stopping to kiss that whore !!!     3. This is turning into “Love Out of Control.” I think Dan Foxworthy is going to have his hands full with Tina once again. She needs to figure out why? Why again? I was particularly drawn to the line, “…you live in New York! You can’t avoid bumping into gorgeous people here. It’s a giant candy store out there, and you must run into all manner of eye candy all the time… ” It made me think that while everyone enjoys a little candy every now and then, it has very little nutritional value. Tina seems like the type who chooses things that nourish her. She’ll figure it out.

      I’ve got to find this lesbian bar you so vividly described. It sounds like its definitely worth the price of admission.

      You hit all the senses again…strawberry-flavored gloss, honeysuckle scent, warm pliant tongue, pulsing beat, daring outfits. You put me right in the scenes again.

      BTW, you’ve teased us long enough, I’m dying to read about Bette’s golf outing. Bring it on!

    5. When i asked more B&T time, this was not what i expected :-( . Thank god Tina stopped the kiss , but she seemed to kiss back and that is not good. I know that you can be acctracted to other people while you are in a happy secure marriage, but she is/ was playing with fire.

      My heart breaks for Bette, she doesn’t deserve this. Tina has to come clean. It was Kaci who started the kiss to distract the guys attention but it was Tina who kissed back. Fuck what a mess.

      And Lena is that the same woman Bette is after for the foundation?
