Shay slowly got out of the car, shaking his head in disgust with himself. He loved Shane like he had loved no one else and here he was acting like a brat, a spoilt one at that. And he knew he had hurt her with what he had said, her eyes had flickered with emotion and now she was giving him the silent treatment again. Slowly trudging behind her they walked into the store, Shane got her cell phone out.

“Hey Alice, we are here. Where abouts are you?….. Okay yeah I see it be there shortly” she put her phone in her pocket and turned to Shay. “Look I’m sorry for what I said in the car, you don’t have to come; you can stay here on those chairs or you can come see Alice and Carmen”
Shay looked at his sister and slowly walked towards her and grabbed her hand lightly, incase she didn’t want to hold it, but he was shocked as she gave it a slight squeeze and grinned down at him.

“Hey Alice, Carmen” Shane greeted as they walked up behind them.
Alice and Carmen turned around “Hey.” They both greeted
“So how are you Shay?”
Shay just shrugged his shoulders “Grounded”
Alice laughed “Why?” Again he shrugged.
“So have you chosen what you need?” Shane asked Carmen.
Carmen looked down at Shay, seeing him looking down at his shoes, kicking at something that wasn’t there. She looked back up at Shane, “You know..”
Shane grinned “I know, its weird isn’t it?”
“He is like a miniature version”

Shane laughed “So what’s to go in the truck?”
“Well the man has just gone to see if they have what I have ordered.”
“She practically bought the whole store” Alice exclaimed throwing her hands up.
“Just a few things, plus it’s not like I’m paying for it”
“True, but still”
“So who is paying for it?” Shane asked.
“The company”
“That’s cool.”
“Yeah it is. Okay he’s coming back” The girls looked at the man as he approached them

“Okay ma’am, we have three items out of the ten in stock. We have the bed, the wardrobe and the small side table. Everything else will have to be delivered at a later date.”
“That’s fine. Can I just discus this?”
“Sure, I will be over at that the counter” he walked away leaving the woman to talk.
