Previously From The Sequel Chapter 9 –
By this time, Bette had a strong list of properties to inspect for possible foundation space and she had a few suggestions for Tina about available space for her teaching studio. The couple had conducted a visible inspection of each site on Bette’s list the first full week in December. They had agreed and settled on one particular property for the foundation and one smaller building for Tina’s studio.
The couple had submitted an offer on a warehouse located in Silver Lake for the foundation and this particular office complex for Tina’s project. It was about 15 minutes from their Silver Lake home, so they were pleased with the location and the perfect commute time. They were hoping to receive an answer back by the end of the year for both properties. Both women anticipating to begin the two construction by the end of January. Both projects were progressing as hoped.
Their real life goals were slowly taking shape.
They were exploring small properties along the shoreline for their beach retreat. Angie was excited about the prospect too. She had inherited her love of the sea from both her parents.
Life for the Kennard Porters was good at the moment – very good.
They truly deserved the happiness and love they had.
