    However Tina wasn’t the only one observing the scene, Maura was in the kitchen also watching; since few minutes ago, when she went there for a cup of water and saw Bette meeting the bodyguard, she had a feeling that something was going on and she decided to sneak close to finding out what was happening between them and it was then when she heard everything; and as Bette was returning, to the house, she came ahead to intercept the brunette for a little questioning.

    Maura: “Bette…”

    Bette: (stunned) “…Maura, what are you doing here?”

    Maura: “I came to get some water…, what’s going on Bette?”

    Bette: “what do you mean?”

    Maura: “I heard your conversation with that bodyguard…, what’s happening?”

    Bette: “how much you heard?”

    Maura: “the whole thing”

    Bette: (sighing) “…look Maura, I’ll tell you everything, but don’t tell Jane… yet, I can’t talk now, Tina is waiting for me, please give me until tomorrow and we’ll talk”

    Maura: “tell me…, that bodyguard, you called her Louise…, and she mentioned that Tina is her sister…, is that Tina’s lost sister?”

    Bette: “yes…, she is, but please don’t tell Tina”

    Maura: “why…?”

    Maura: (breathing deeply) “look, I won’t tell Jane for now…, but we have to talk, and we’ll see the best way to solve this situation…”
