    “Kit that’s great news. I’m very happy for you. You and David deserve some happiness. Listen I called to ask you something. Before we make any plans I will contact David to see if he can join us.”

    “Join us where? What plans?” Kit wanted to know.

    “Tina and I thought it might be great for you and Angie to come to Europe for Christmas. I want to invite David and Gina too. We could all meet in Paris then spend a few days in Greece. They have a spectacular Christmas celebration in Athens. I think Angie would just love it. There is so much to do for the entire family. I really wanted to share this special time with everyone. Do you think you could do that for us? Could you bring Angie to us in a couple of days? I’ll make all the reservations and pay for everything online. All you need is to get Angie’s passport and pack for her. We’ll get her some winter clothing here. You can ask Shane or Leigh to check on Riley for a few days. We’ll be back before New Year’s Eve so we can spend that time with the girls. What do you say?”

    “Bette that sounds wonderful. I haven’t spent a wintery Christmas in years. I would love it as long as David and Gina agree. Otherwise I want to be here to meet them.”

    “I’ll call him when we hang up. If he agrees I will make all the arrangements and email both of you. Thanks Kit. We love you. I’m so glad that David reached out. You should be very proud of him.”

    “I am and I’m going to make sure that he knows it. I’ll wait for your email.”

      It has so many wonderful and emotional parts, like Lady sovjet already said, it brought tears in my eyes.

You had every emotion possible that a person or family could experience and all surrounded by love. FANTASTIC. Can hardly wait for the sequel to see Bette and family and see Peggy express her love for Bette and her family and to see just how Peggy helps Bette rise to greater heights and importance in the worlds of Art and Business.
