Tina rushed out of her office, fighting with her jacket and trying to shove her arms through the sleeves.
"Listen Alice . . I know I said it four times already but I can’t say sorry enough for not being able to make it tonight" Tina said through her earpiece.
There was a chuckle on the other end of the line, "Tina, its just as okay now as it was the first time you apologized. Really, don’t worry about it. There will be a lot more parties to celebrate my kick ass reporter talent and my awesome good looks. You just focus on not being late"
Tina let out a breath of laughter as she blew away a piece of hair that had fallen over her eye, "I have lots of time, I won’t be late"
As her left arm finally made it through the sleeve successfully, she glanced at her watch and saw it was fifteen minutes til 7.
Another chuckle on the other line, "I told you so. For your sake, I hope there’s no traffic"
She finally managed to slip her other arm through the jacket and fixed the collar as she speed walked down the hall, "Don’t jinx me Al"
"Tina!"
Tina quickly whirled around to see her assistant Sam rushing over to her with a black clutch in hand. Tina’s eyes widened, thanking the heavens that she was blessed with such an amazing assistant. Sam smiled, passing over the clutch over as Tina silently mouthed the words, "Thank you" before turning around and rushing out the building.
"So do you have any idea where you’re meeting her tonight?" Alice asked as Tina walked over to her car.
"Not one. She just wrote down an address on a card that was attached to some flowers she sent me this afternoon. I googled the address but all that came up was some department store that’s still under construction"
Tina got into her car and checked herself in the mirror. In all her rush to make it out of the office, she wanted to make sure she didn’t mess up her hair or makeup.
"Ohhh maybe tonight is the night she finally reveals her true colors and decides to do away with you"

I guess Tina had better see her parents then… Helena is waiting. (ha!) So Tina only left Bette three years ago and has been trying to get Bette to sign divorce papers for at least two of those years, what happened to have their relationship be on the rocks for FIVE years then? I’ve never seen the movie, so what’s so severe that they’ve lost so much time? Let’s see if Tina actually gets to her parents house and therefore gets Bette to sign those divorce papers. Thanks for the post! :)

thnks Liah this is amazing its crazy b/c i saw this movie about a year ago and so thought of making it into a tibette story but i cant write so i didnt.. I also thought about making indecent proposal into tibette too maybe one day ill try to write a story.. thanks again for this, hope to read more soon.

First, thx for this update..didn’t get to leave a comment before it was re-edited. You helped clear most of my questions up, but I still have two more – when Tina says their 8 year anniversary, she was referring to her and B being together since they were 13? Next, she got together with Helena a year after she left B? Looking forward to the appearance of Peggy..though I can’t imagine her disliking T as Candice Bergen didn’t like Reese’s character. Anyway, thx again & now off to enjoy the next post!
