The brunette looked at her watch to read the time of 7:13 and sighed audibly, shaking her head.
"Of all the days in the world for you to be bloody late, Tina"
Finally, there was an echoing sound of footsteps coming from the far entrance of the room. The brunette sucked in a breath, patiently waiting and then finally letting out a breath of relief when she saw Tina rushing through the doorway.
"Oh my God, I’m so sorry hunny. There was an accident on the FDR so traffic was- Oh God, please don’t tell me I took so long that this place is closed"
The brunette chuckled at Tina’s panicked expression, "Don’t worry about it, darling. You’re here now, that’s all that matters"
Tina shook her head, sadness claiming her features, "How can you say that? You had this perfect evening planned and its all ruined now because I couldn’t make it on time. All the lights are off. What-"
The brunette grabbed Tina her arms and shook her gently while laughing, "Tina! Its okay, love. The lights are supposed to be off"
Tina looked at her girlfriend with such confusion in those hazel eyes. She felt horrible for being so late and honestly had no idea why the brunette before her was smiling and laughing like everything was okay.
The brunette couldn’t help but smile as she gently slid a hand up to Tina’s cheek and caressed the skin softly. She leaned in and gently rested her forehead against Tina’s.
"Do you trust me?"
Tina nodded slowly and the brunette smiled, "Do you love me?"
Tina took a deep breath and closed her eyes. Love had always been a deep, meaningful emotion for her and while she did in fact love this woman, Tina couldn’t help but feel a hint of sadness whenever she said those three words. It was mainly due to the fact that Tina was so sure she would say those words to one woman in particular for the rest of her life, the brunette in front of her was the second woman to hear them.
Tina felt a soft kiss on her nose, a gesture from her adoring girlfriend that was still waiting for an answer. She slowly opened her eyes and looked deep into those orbs staring back at her, she nodded.

I guess Tina had better see her parents then… Helena is waiting. (ha!) So Tina only left Bette three years ago and has been trying to get Bette to sign divorce papers for at least two of those years, what happened to have their relationship be on the rocks for FIVE years then? I’ve never seen the movie, so what’s so severe that they’ve lost so much time? Let’s see if Tina actually gets to her parents house and therefore gets Bette to sign those divorce papers. Thanks for the post! :)

thnks Liah this is amazing its crazy b/c i saw this movie about a year ago and so thought of making it into a tibette story but i cant write so i didnt.. I also thought about making indecent proposal into tibette too maybe one day ill try to write a story.. thanks again for this, hope to read more soon.

First, thx for this update..didn’t get to leave a comment before it was re-edited. You helped clear most of my questions up, but I still have two more – when Tina says their 8 year anniversary, she was referring to her and B being together since they were 13? Next, she got together with Helena a year after she left B? Looking forward to the appearance of Peggy..though I can’t imagine her disliking T as Candice Bergen didn’t like Reese’s character. Anyway, thx again & now off to enjoy the next post!
