Slim needs to take a cold shower anyway,” Christina mumbled. Tasha snapped a towel on her rear end. Alice and Janet walked up the stairs leaving Tasha and Christina cleaning. After they were done they all made the trip to the funeral home. At the funeral home Alice hung back while the Williams’ made all of the arrangements. When it was time to pick the casket Tasha stepped out saying she couldn’t take anymore.
“Hey Tash slow down,” Alice said running to catch up.
“When we are at the house it’s so easy to focus on something else I don’t have to deal with it you know?”
“Yeah I know.” Alice walked her over to their rental and held the passenger door open for her. She then got in on the driver’s side.
“Where are we going?”
“Nowhere, now talk to me please.” Tasha reluctantly gets into the car and finally opens up to Alice.
“I feel like there was too much left unresolved between us. I wanted his approval so much and I never got it.”
“You have to know he was proud of you. You were his oldest child and you two had a special bond. I mean you got everything first, he had a special spot for you two to go to and hang out.”
“Alice there’s so much more.”
“Like what tell me?”
“Christina and I aren’t my dad’s only children. My mom doesn’t know that I know but Chris doesn’t know either.”
“What?”
“My dad cheated on my mom when I was a kid. I found out last time I was home. My dad was saying he had a son and he needed to be added to the insurance papers. He felt it was time to face the realization that his child needed to be taken care of in case anything happened to him.”
“How long ago was this?”
“It was some time last year they didn’t me when hear me when I came in the house over all of the arguing.”
“Do you know anything about him?”
“His name is Shawn Williams and he’s 26 years old that’s all I know. But I was so angry at him I could barely look him in the eye when I left, “Tasha sobbed as Alice held her.

I am a true blue Tibette fan, but I love Tasha so I look forward to reading more of this fic. I did not like the Alice from the show or most of the fiction here being portrayed as a nosy busy body so I look forward to seeing her in a new light. PPS :)
