    The Diary of a Mad Addict . . . Chapter 25

And just like your dad, Ks mom cant remember my name, didnt even acknowledge the fact that I had a heart attack and almost died, and still refers to me as Ks friend
Iknow she doesnt like me much because I am so much older than K and I know she thinks my job isnt white collar enough for her daughter. So why do you tolerate such bad behavior? Cant you zap her with a bolt of lightning or a contagious disease so she prays for help and has a change of heart?

My idle chitchat seemed to be falling on deaf ears and my Moral Barometer didnt seem very interested in discussing Ks mom. So I thought I would keep avoiding the real reason for Bettes visit and try another L-Word tactic.

Ya know what I just dont seem to understand about your visits, Bette? Why you always trying to make me choose between right and wrong when you yourself cheated on your wife, developed a little drinking problem, started to ***** around – which by the way I found very hot and was a little disappointed you stopped so soon. How can dispense advice without practicing what you are preaching? Huh? Tell me. Why you always on your moral high horse with me? And while we are on the subject of THE SHOW, I have a few observations and comments I am hoping you can expound upon – give me insight as to why certain things are happening or not happening.

By this time my eye had cleared enough for me to see her sitting on the edge of the tub just staring at me as if I were a moron, a look I was quite accustomed to.

What? I asked not really understanding the meaning behind that look this time.

Sometimes, Beach, I am amazed at how utterly stupid you really are and I know you are not a product of my creation. You must be infected with a virus or a bad seed or have a ***** loose which makes your brain move around way too much to concentrate

Geez, Bette, sounding a little testy there arent we?? I said with a little annoyance in my voice, still not comprehending her appearance this morning.

    1. I can’t help but laugh out loud at your writing. Congrats on the award from THOSE THAT GRANT FANFIC AWARDS. I’m certainly glad they chose you since that’s what led me to your postings. –Fellow addict (um, not that it’s a bad thing)

    2. Who says bathroom humor isn’t funny? That was hysterical. Poor K! “So I wrapped one of those flesh colored ace stretchy things around his head and put a black patch over his left eye to make him feel as if he were part of the walking wounded in our bedroom.” Elvis is one lucky dog. I would give my right eye to wear an eye patch. But then I’d really need one wouldn’t I? HA. I’m not sure that Bette Christ is the Yoda you’re looking for. LOL

    3. Uh oh beach, after what you did, a “MOTHER FUCK ME NOW” curse is in order …but then again, maybe not…seems to me that K’s mom is ssssoo NOT hot!!
