The Most Distant Course

Within a second, everyone, including Mrs. Steinem is screaming. They run out of the classroom like the end of the world, leaving Bette and Tina in the empty room.
Bette scoffs at their reaction. ‘How come humans are so scared of these tiny creatures?’ She thinks. ‘Oh my god, Alice…there are plenty ideas, she had to choose a rat…Adele is going to be super mad about it.’
“I told you, you are not the first, and never will going to be the worst.”
Bette frowns, turning her head just to face Tina. Not surprisingly, Tina acts as nothing happened, she pulls out a book under her butt, flipping through no particular pages. Bette looks at her eyes, why can’t she hate this girl? True, she’s a bully, people should be scared at her, but only this girl regardless of her actions. Bette feels her anger can calm easily, just staying close to Tina, standing beside her, she only feels peace and quiet.
“This was not the best we can do.” Bette says, trying to be cruel.
Tina nods. “I believe you.”
““I believe you?”” Bette smirk. “That’s all you want to say?”
“What else can I say?” Tina says coldly. “Apparently it is you that have more power and money. All I knew is that the school is planning something big for me in the cafeteria.”
Now Bette turns her whole body around, with her mouth wide open, she got her full attention.
“You knew that we are going to attack you during lunchtime?”
“Nope, but I know now.” Tina smirk, without even looks up.
Fuck, she is really damn smart. Bette rubs her face with frustration. I look so stupid in front of her.
“I don’t even like school,” Tina quietly says to herself, Bette is caught off guard, but she remains silent. “I can’t believe I still need to face all these craps, isn’t coming to school badly enough?”
“Why you hate school so much?” Bette can help but asks, her brows frowns straightaway. Am I chatting with her?
“Long story,” Tina waves her hand, she smiles sadly. “But no one would care, right?”
Bette suddenly feels bad for what they did, she doesn’t know how to reply. This is the first time she actually “talk” to a normal student outside “The Golden Circle”, usually she will just command them for buying her coffee or lunch.

P
Omg, this is so funny to read!!!
Tina knows all tricks and fights back!
The Golden Cirle doesn’t know what they got them self in.
On a serious note, it is truly sad that some children can bully other children with such cruelness, just because they are different in their opinion and that gives them a right to treat them as shit. Sadly that grown up people do the same still.
Thanks for the update!

Great story just started reading it.. just wanted to say gasoline burns the skin and if it went over head into eyes and inhaling the fumes from it would have caused all to be sick. school would have been evacuated. Criminal charges would have been brought. Im just saying.. i know its not the real world story. But i still love your story. Lol
