    Tina turned her head. Their eyes locked. ‘Hello,’ she said softly. Then she smiled in that way that always unravelled Bette.     Tina turned her head. Their eyes locked. ‘Hello,’ she said softly. Then she smiled in that way that always unravelled Bette. The one where she kept her mouth slightly open and softly pressed her tongue against the back of her upper teeth.

    ‘Hi,’ said Bette. Sweat sheening her high forehead, gilding the exquisite planes of her beautiful face.

    ‘Is the door locked?’

    ‘It’ll be fine.’ Bette started to play with Tina, who gave her a look. ‘Seriously. We just looked in on her. She’s out for the count.’

    The middle finger on Bette’s hand slipped between Tina’s folds and found yet more heat, although this time it was welcome. Tina rolled a little towards Bette, seeking her mouth. They kissed, slick and salty. Bette’s head swam with sudden, unstoppable arousal. This woman. This body. Every single time.

    ‘Get the sheet,’ Tina was saying now.

    Bette knew the drill like the back of her hand. If the door wasn’t locked, they had to be under cover. She lifted herself and yanked the bed sheet out from her side, pulling it over them. Tina rolled under her, laughing at how they were mummified in their own bed.

    ‘I love you,’ Bette said, settling her long slim body against Tina’s.

    ‘I love you too,’ Tina replied, as they stared at each other, their eyes fully adjusted.

    The effect of watching the show was a paradox. It made their gratitude for their real lives more intense but also, depending on what was referred to, it reminded them of the less than glorious moments in their past.

    They kissed again. Tina’s tongue wrapped around Bette’s and then her jaw slackened, inviting Bette to lick her open mouth, to take her lips and tug them between her own, gently bite and kiss her chin. It wasn’t unlike what happened between Fake Bette and Gigi on the show, and after a minute Tina began to smile. Bette, on the same page, smiled too, and then they both began to laugh. A lot.

    ‘What the hell was that?’ Bette said eventually.

    ‘You know very well,’ Tina replied, eyebrow raised.

    ‘Oh, I know it was domination. But it looked more like when I’m trying to get Solly to take his worm medicine.’

    Tina laughed. ‘It wasn’t that bad.’

      But if serious all this Bette and Gigi line so rushed and so clinging that i think they wrote it only to attract male audience – like soft porno without deep meaning.

        The Gibette storyline is rushed, I agree, and if you’re right about the show’s motives then I’d have to say they’ve succeeded because the scene has attracted a lot of attention.

    3. The Real Bette has you. This little literary experiment of yours shows what a phenomenal writer you are. Such a simple premise yet you have managed to turn this into an incredibly moving story. I absolutely love it. And cannot wait for the next installment.
