It means the world to me that you would offer but its something that I have wanted to do for a long time, and youre right, it does scare me, the idea that I might not be able to carry a baby to term but I want to try, and have you there with me, every step of the way.

She is. replied Tina, as she watched Bette from across the room, talking to one her colleagues from the studio.

Briefly, but to be honest I thought that she would wait until you got back home, but seeing her tonight I knew that she had done it already. I dont think that smile is going anywhere for a long time.

We agreed to wait until we got used to living together again first before we try again, but I want to have a baby with her, I want to make our family complete.

I dont have doubts. I think that you and Bette will be amazing parents and Im sure the love that you have for each other will be translated to your son or daughter. Its just that a lot has happened and I wouldnt want you to get carried away on a wave of euphoria.

Tina smiled at Kate, and then looked over towards Bette, feeling her heat beat a little faster at the sight before her.

What are you smiling at? asked Kate, interrupting Tina, thought of what she was going to do to Bette later, in the privacy of their room.

I was thinking about all the money Ill never have to spend on therapy, because now, Ive got you.

Tina and Kate both laughed at this. As Bette came up to the table she looked at both of them giggling, happy that Tina had found someone that she could talk to and trust.

Whats so funny? she asked

Nothing. replied Tina, repeating Bette and Kates actions from yesterday.

Would you like to have a dance before we leave? asked Bette, choosing to ignore Tinas lack of response to her question.

I think I would like that very much. replied Tina, getting up to lead Bette to the dance floor.

As Kate watched the two of them from the side she smiled to herself, knowing for the first time that Tina and Bette were going to be happy, for a long time to come.
