Bette: “and how are they related to the covenant?”

Louise: “the half-blood Kumeyaay initiated the covenant, later they congregated witches and shamankas from everywhere and strengthen the group, but Tasha will explain more at the first gathering”

The girls were taken to a big terrain; the ground was built from stone slabs. At the center painted on the floor was a drawn gigantic pentagram surrounded by an external circle with astronomical pictures of the moon, and planets including a big black one pointing to a wide and tall rock with drawings on its surface. In the external circle, on the opposite side of the black planet, there was a picture of a colored planet and another rock standing close, similar to the one close to the black astronomical body drawing.

There were six tepees for the six vampires and their companions.

Tasha: (pointing to the tepees) “these are your bedchamber, you’ll stay there when you need to rest”

Alice: “I can’t stay there”

Tasha decided to ignore her.

A long campfire was already set behind those tepees; it slowly burned logs warming the place and something else. On one side of it, some pebbles smartly accommodated resembled a rustic stone stove that has on the top a flat metal surface with pots full of food in preparation. On another side of the campfire, there was a cauldron with a dense green-brownish liquid bubbling.

Alice: (looking with revulsion) “I hope we don’t have to drink that disgusting goo”

Tasha: (smiling) “on the contrary, you must drink it”

Alice: “what if I don’t want to”

Tasha: “it has to go inside your body…, in one way or another…, perhaps we could use a clyster to put it inside you”

Dana and Shane laughed, but Helena and Bette were a little concerned.

Bette: “what could we do if the concoction makes me sick?”

Tasha: “you mean if it upset your stomach?”

Bette: “yes…, or if I get an allergic reaction”

Tasha: “okay…, the potion will upset your stomach for sure, because that’s the purpose, to clean your body, and it’ll act very fast; after the cleanse you will rest for a couple of hours and when you feel better you’ll eat the food we are preparing and some other herb teas; I can assure you that nobody will have allergic reactions”
