Tina and Bette looked at each other then back at Angie who held up her left hand sporting a diamond ring on her ring finger

“Oh My God!!…My baby…I’m so happy for you two”. Tina squealed and jumped toward Morgan and Angie pulling them both into a hug  “This is so exciting!” she says happily swaying them back and forth.  She finally pulled away to look at Bette to see her eyes glistening with tears

“My Bug is getting married” she said as a tear finally escaped from her eyes.  She held out her arms and motioned for both Angie and Morgan to come to her because she felt like she would faint if she took a step

“Oh Momma B don’t cry” Angie said as Bette tightened her grip around both of them “I can’t help it” she manages to say with her voice crackling trying to choke bake her tears.

Tina wrapped her arms around the three of them and sighed “Looks like we have a wedding to plan!” She said as Bette finally pulled away breaking up the group hug and wiping her eyes

“Gosh I look like a blubbering idiot.  But honestly Bug I’m happy for you and Morgan” she says and looks sweetly at Morgan “I’ve always wanted another daughter but then again you have already been like one to me anyway”

“Awwww..Thank you Ms Porter” Morgan says with Bette waving her hand and shaking her head.

“No daughter of mine will call me Ms Porter. Call me Momma B” she says proudly picking up her knife “Now this calls for Momma B’s famous southwest omelette for the newly engaged couple” she announces and turns her attention to back to the vegetables on the cutting boards

Tina knew Bette was trying to digest the news so she turned to Angie and Morgan

“Why don’t y’all go sit outside and enjoy the nice weather.  I’m going to help get breakfast ready ok”

Angie gave Tina a knowing look and led Morgan outside with her leaving Tina and Bette alone.

Tina snaked her arms carefully around Bette’s waist who was focused on her chopping

“Baby are you ok?” Tina asks softly and rests her head against Bette’s back
