    Turning Page

“Wow… this is truly a really beautiful place” Tina said amazed at the landscape surrounding the house as she stepped out of the vehicle.

“Oh TK, you have got to see this” Alice came out of the house almost screaming that phrase; she was more excited than a five year old child in a candy store.

“Alright… alright… take it down a notch… please” Tina said following the blonde inside the two stores house.

Once inside Tina could not believe her eyes. Just the downstairs was not only huge but also amazingly decorated and it had the most amazing living room she had ever seen.

Both blondes were still going around the large living room area examining the artwork that was displayed there when Bette walked in carrying both hers and Tina’s suitcases. For some reason Tina immediately felt the brunette’s presence and turned around, only to find the agent stopping dead on her tracks the second she saw the piano in one of the corners of the room, right next to a large window.

Although Bette’s face clearly changed, the blonde wasn’t still sure what it was that the taller brunette may be experiencing since she found Bette’s expression impossible to read.

Whatever she’s thinking it cannot be entirely good… Tina immediately thought.

This is so weird, I haven’t felt like playing in over fifteen years… what’s happening to me?” Bette’s thoughts were in turmoil.

“Excuse me Al, I’ll be right back” Tina politely excused herself and started heading towards the agent’s position.

“Bette? Are you alright?” The blonde asked with nothing but concern in her eyes.

“Yeah… I’m fine, why do you ask?” Bette replied after a few seconds, like pulled out of an alternative reality.

“Nothing… never mind… just, let me help you with this, you shouldn’t be carrying all of our stuff around by yourself” Tina said smiling warmly. Our stuff around?? Really?? What the hell is wrong with me? I bet I’ll scare her off before she has a chance to notice me… get a grip you moron!

Our stuff around? Now I like the sound of that… oh get a hold of yourself Porter, she is freaking straight for Christ’s sake…

“It’s ok Tina, I can carry it… but thank you anyway” Bette politely said.

    1. Thanks for the update. I agree with talaula with the lack of communication leading to misunderstanding. Besides the fact that Tina is so confused about herself. She keeps sending mixed messages to Bette which must be pretty frustrating. If she doesn’t get it cleared up with herself soon, she will loose any chance she might have had with Bette. But if there’s anyone who can fix this mess its Anne… have at her. Love to see where you’re going to go with the storyline.

    2. Nothing like misunderstanding and lack of communication causing great drama. Geez 😁 get it together you 2 👭 thanks Annie! Maybe Bette should have an ex enter the picture, I don’t know how that would work. 😾Just make it work it Annie 🙉
