    Turning Page

“That’s not… whatever… you are not gonna believe me anyway” The blonde tried her best to feign annoyance and it seemed to have worked for a change.

“I’m sorry TK… you know I actually thought of sharing a room with hot Agent Fairbanks but that wouldn’t lead to anything good, plus the fact that there’s not really a good explanation of the motive I would have to still share a room with her when my friends are around” Alice said sincerely.

Well Al is right about that one… I mean how could I have explained that?

“I think I need some air, I’ll just… see you later Al” Tina said as she got up and quickly exited the bedroom, leaving no room for Alice to try and follow her.

Tina started walking down a path located on the back of the house that lead right into a rather large forest area. She was just feeling the weight of the world on the shoulders and when that usually happened a walk alone always helped her.

It was a cloudy day and there was a thick atmosphere, clearly rain was on its way but it didn’t look like it was going to any time soon. The forest was truly beautiful, extremely green and with all sorts of flowers blossoming everywhere. The trees were old and really thick and tall, with big roots and an incredible smell of freshness and wilderness.

Tina found a huge rock where she could sit down for a while and catch her breath before returning to the house. She had been walking for quite some time now and she felt rather tired, not just from walking but she found herself emotionally drained, besides physically. The events of the previous days were finally catching up with her; from the moment they were told an FBI team was going to protect them, to the assault on their building and to the evacuation from that cemetery. But besides all those situations, which would be scary and exhausting on their own, there was also Bette.

Tina still couldn’t wrap her head around the idea of being so attracted and captivated by a woman, and what a woman the agent was. The brunette could be so cryptic and serious and distant at times. And then there were the times when Bette just surprised her with her humanity and tenderness and kindness, not to mention her obvious beauty. She was drop dead gorgeous by anyone’s standards and to Tina, well she was really out of adjectives to describe just how beautiful the agent was.

    1. Thanks for the update. I agree with talaula with the lack of communication leading to misunderstanding. Besides the fact that Tina is so confused about herself. She keeps sending mixed messages to Bette which must be pretty frustrating. If she doesn’t get it cleared up with herself soon, she will loose any chance she might have had with Bette. But if there’s anyone who can fix this mess its Anne… have at her. Love to see where you’re going to go with the storyline.

    2. Nothing like misunderstanding and lack of communication causing great drama. Geez 😁 get it together you 2 👭 thanks Annie! Maybe Bette should have an ex enter the picture, I don’t know how that would work. 😾Just make it work it Annie 🙉
