“Are you stalking me now?”
Tina walked up to Bette. “No, where have you been?”
“Tina, you know I do have a life.” Bette walked up to her door, and Tina followed. “Is this really important?”
“Yes, I need to talk to you about the relationship that we have. I mean—“
“I think we did our talking when you decided to leave me for man. So if you will, please leave my home.” Tina shook her head.
“When are you going to stop being such a baby about this?” Bette shot her eyes at Tina.
“Excuse me,” Bette stepped towards, and Tina took a step back. “I’ve fuckin’ supported you for the eight years that we were together. I made this our home, and I wanted to be a family. I wanted this to be a loving home. But who decided to fuck it all up? You! I can’t believe you Tina! I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you, but you didn’t. So I gave up on us and told you to make up your mind. You did, and I accepted that. But don’t ever,” she pointed her finger at Tina, “ever come to my house and start a fire that you can’t put out.” Tina swallowed hard and walked away. Bette dropped her and took a deep breath. She walked into her house and slammed the door.

Helena walked to her door and opened it.
“Bette,” Helena smile went away. “What’s wrong?”
Bette looked up with tears in her eyes. “Can I come in?”
“Of course,” Helena moved out of the doorway, and Bette walked in. Helena closed the door, and Bette walked into the living room.
“I don’t know what to do anymore. Tina is going to be the death of me. She keeps coming after me, and she’s think she’s doing so much better than me. She has changed. I can’t take her shit. I just want my little girl.” Bette buried her head in her hands. Helena sat next to her and rubbed her back. Bette sat back up and wiped her eyes. “I just want my life back.” Helena wrapped her arms around Bette and pulled her into a hug. Bette laid her head on Helena’s shoulder and cried. Helena kissed the top of Bette’s head and rubbed her back.
“Everything’s going to be okay. I promise you.” Bette lifted up and looked into Helena’s eyes. She leaned forward and kissed Helena softly. Helena rested her hand on Bette’s thigh and kissed her back. Bette leaned closer to Helena, and the kiss became more passionate. Helena wrapped her arm around Bette and moaned softly. They both looked up when the doorbell rang. Helena sighed softly, and Bette moved away. Helena fixed her shirt and walked to the door. Bette raked her fingers through her hair. She bit her bottom lip and swallowed. Helena opened the door.
“Alice, what are you doing here?”
“You told me to come over…We have yoga.”
“Oh my God, I completely forgot. I’m sorry Al.”
“It’s okay, we still have time.”
Helena bit her lip. “I have company. She just showed about a few minutes ago.” Alice nodded her head and looked at the car in front of hers.
She raised an eyebrow and looked at Helena. “Isn’t that Bette’s car?”

I really am getting my teeth into this story and love the wya that you are crafting these characters into believeable people who hurt, laugh and love. Tina needs to sort herself out and let Bette and Helena follow their hearts. Hopefuly to each other. Loved Alice’s perfect timing and comment at the end. Had me laughing and crying with joy. Please do not let Tina mess up Bette and Helena. They are very good together.
You know Alice is going to be quick to figure this out. I know Bette’s not happy with Tina, but she didn’t even let her mention why she stopped by. Be cautious Bette, but don’t be as big an ASS as Tina. So can’t wait for B&H to move a bit further along.

I also didn’t expect Bette to go back to Helena’s after Tina left; but I’m glad that she did. What did Tina want anyway? No, really…what did she want? Seriously, I really don’t give a damn what she wanted. She does appear to B stalking Bette now. Alice’s’ timing is nothing but ALICE!! Cant wait til the next chapter.
Thanks for another great chapter Akira. All of Tina’s meddling may just push Bette and Helena closer and closer to one another. In your next chapter if you want to have Tina beamed away by a passing UFO i would object….LOL. So Alice is atbthe door and she is about to know Bette is inside.
