    Louise: “welcome back Bette, we are very happy to have you here again…, right Tina?” Tina: “huh…, what, mom?” Louise approached the girls and embraced both, and Tina slowly released her girlfriend, allowing Melvin to embrace her daughter, and Kit kissed her sister welcoming, however Bette still held the blonde’s hand and after the greetings

    Louise: “welcome back Bette, we are very happy to have you here again…, right Tina?”

    Tina: “huh…, what, mom?”

    Louise approached the girls and embraced both, and Tina slowly released her girlfriend, allowing Melvin to embrace her daughter, and Kit kissed her sister welcoming, however Bette still held the blonde’s hand and after the greetings she asked Louise to let Tina accompany her to their apartment, to which Louise accepts but reminded Tina that she must come back to finish some evaluations on the portals to be closed next day.

    Tina helped Bette with her luggage and took her to the annex, all the way, until they crossed the gate to the new building, both girls were holding hands in silence; but when they enter the annex, the blonde releases her girlfriend’s hand and moved it to her lower back and her waist embracing her; Bette, on her side, wrapped her arm around Tina’s shoulders and stopped to kiss her lips, first the kiss was soft and tender changing into more fervid, intense and deeper; but was interrupted by the sound of a door before they could go farther with their hands on the other’s body; the girls pull away when they hear Jane and Maura’s voice.

    Jane: “hi girls, Bette do you already know your apartment? We just received the chip-key and the number of our”

    Bette: “no yet, we are in the way”

    Maura: “we plan to decorate it and rest at least two days”

    Jane: “but we are going to Christianize it first”

    Maura: “shush, this is private”

    Bette: “hmm…, do we have permission for a two-day break?”

    Jane: “you have to ask Louise”

    Tina: “well, I don’t think we are that lucky, but we still can Christianize our place”

    Giggling, Jane and Maura parted and Bette and Tina walked embracing each other toward their place; as they reach their door, Bette read the engraved in the top of it.

    Bette: “27…, honey wasn’t it the same number of our group house?”

    Tina: “yup…, mom gave us the same number”

    Bette: “does it mean that I am in charge?”

    Tina: “huh…, in charge of what…? Well probably of cleaning; you can clean and I can cook”

    Bette: “hmm…, okay…, we have a deal”

    1. Hello proteonomics, welcome back, you were finally able to tear yourself away from the other stories ????

      I am very happy you were able to write a new chapter.

      Both Tina and Bette are a little bit fast moving with their engagement, they belong together, but are still very young and seems to handle out of fear to lose each other to someone else.

      Still don’t have a clue sometimes what you are writing about , you try very hard to explain it, but sciencefiction is so not my thing, but i really enjoy your story and will continue to read it with great interest.

      Thanks for reading, I know it is a little bit hard to bring sci-fi, especially when I’m more into Sci than in fi, but I will try to be more simple in the next chapters; I know, also, that part of this story is coming from ‘Buffy the vampire slayer’ and there were 5-6 years-story, and sometimes I have to summarize some of that; I hope it will get better, in ten days I will post the update.         I’m glad that you came back, and that you liked the chapter; Bette and Tina are facing the impotence of not being able to do what they want, because they are ignoring their love ones and the civil and social order that they defend and for which they are fighting; they love each other but still need to mature; we will see how they evolve as the fight rise.
