Bette – I dare you!
The producer laughs.
Tina – Oh no! This must be as cold as your pond!
Bette – The same!
Tina – Oh shit!
She shakes her head.
Tina – But I’m not a wuss!
She undresses with a smile. Bette strips naked and jumps in the water, head first. Tina follows her, jumping in the water. She screams and swims after her girlfriend.
The rancher reaches the rocks by the waterfall and gets out of the water. The noise of the waterfall is loud. She turns around and extends her hand to the blonde.
Bette – C’mon! The air is warmer!
The producer grabs her hand and comes out of the water, her body tingling in the warmer air. They slowly walk over the rocks, underneath the wall of water. The noise is deafening under the waterfall.
Bette points to the water and screams in the blonde’s ear.
Bette – We must jump now! And you must make a wish to the Gods before you do! It’s an old Indian custom!
She goes first. She walks into the waters of the waterfall and stops for a second, before jumping head first into the pond.
The brunette reappears on the water surface and looks back. She smiles and beckons to the blonde.
Bette – C’mon!
The blonde looks paralyzed with fear.
Tina – Oh, fuck!

Flashback, Indian Waterfall, morning: Two young teenagers are swimming naked in the pool. The first is young Bette. The second is a pretty redhead, Charlie.
Bette – Shit, this is cold!
Charlie – You know that this is an Indian sacred place?
Bette – How do you know?
Charlie – My mom told me. Let’s go to the waterfall!
Bette – Isn’t that slippery?
Charlie – No, I’ve been there before! You must make a wish before you jump! The Indian Gods will grant it!
She swims to the waterfall while the young brunette watches. She gets up on the rocks and turns around beckoning to young Bette.
Charlie – C’mon!
The young brunette smiles but remains in the water watching the redhead. Charlie walks underneath the waterfall and takes a step under the water. She looks up, opens her arms in a cross, closes her eyes and screams.
