Bette – Umm … I’ll have to free up some working hours but … I guess I can make the sacrifice.
They smile at each other.
Tina – That I get …
Bette – Does this list have an end?
The blonde chuckles.
Tina – It’s the last one. That I get massages every time I come to visit.
Bette – I can hire a masseuse to take care of you!
Tina – Only if she’s butch!
Bette – No thanks, I’ll do it myself!
The blonde laughs.
Tina – Then it’s a deal!
Bette grins.
Tina – But I also want you to visit my place. I want you to meet my friends.
Bette – I’d love to.
Tina kisses her index finger and places it on the brunette’s lips. The brunette kisses it.

Two days later

Bette’s cabin, morning: Tina is sitting on the couch, typing on her laptop when Bette lies on the couch and rests on her shoulder.
Bette – What are you doing?
The blonde kisses the brunette’s forehead.
Tina – I’m writing a report … to send to the investors.
Bette pouts.
Bette – Umm … OK. I guess I’ll just … wait … all by myself.
The blonde chuckles.
Tina – I don’t give you enough attention?
Bette – It’s never enough.
Tina – I’ve been giving you attention ever since I met you. Even when it was unwelcome.
Bette – Not true. You wanted me away from you and your movie, at first.
The blonde opens a new window in the computer monitor.
Tina – Look at this!
A picture of Bette and Charlie in front of the stable appears on the monitor. The brunette frowns.
Bette – When was that?
Tina – The first day I met you … when Kit was showing me around.
The brunette grins.
Bette – Ahh … when I found out that the movie producer that I hated was the gorgeous blonde I had just met!
Tina grins.
Tina – When I found out that the arrogant cowgirl that I had just met was the ranch owner who hated my movie!
Bette – Why did you take this picture? I thought you hated me!
Tina – And I thought I was just taking a picture of Charlie.

Good conversation between them. And Wendy promlem seems solved. But i don’t understand – Bette suggest that they officially moving together, or Tina will be travelling between two cities – SF and LA?
Love when the Author has Tibette communicate as honest, maturing adults. And an assertive, descriptive Tina always works!!!

A sequel does sound good tho.. we could see how bette’s n tina’s life in between San Fransisco n LA..how they manage to maintenance their relationship ;)
