Shanes House…..

Since the moment Alice and Dana reconnected at the gala the two had been inseparable. Like two love struck teenagers they stayed up every night on the phone talking, texting, and video chatting. They had movie, lunch, and Netflix and chill dates but despite spending so much time together neither one crossed any boundaries. In fact, knowing they both were in committed relationships with other people may have been the only reason why neither one made the leap in taking things any further. It was a test of their strength as it was more than evident even after all these years a strong physical attraction remained. Mentally, they were not the same and it was clear over the years both women had matured greatly. Although, they had yet to voice it secretly they both wondered if they were the same people they were now but met during a different time what could have been. Alice knew eventually the day would come when Dana would return to London so her plan was to spend as much time with her as possible.

While, Alice and Dana thought nothing more of their relationship other than just rekindling their friendship their friends however, could sense something brewing in the wind. Now, some of them may have been born at night but not last night and it didn’t appear Al and Dana were just casually hanging out….they were dating. Alice, when asked how Tasha was would always respond in a one word answer “good” and then avoid the topic altogether by bringing up another subject. Dana, again since arriving in Los Angeles had yet to bring Lara around. I mean they knew she was working but it was going on a month, there wasn’t that much working in the world! By now the entire gang had been informed Dana and Lara were having problems and temporally she had been staying with Shane. Since she was staying with Shane, she had a front row seat witnessing it all. She didn’t want to pry into their personal business but knew something had to be said and soon. As she emerged from her bedroom headed to the kitchen it didn’t surprise her to see them both crashed out on the living room floor. Hearing movement both Dana and Alice began to stir.
