    Chapter 23 – When Hope is Lost

     

    Tina’s heart broke open into a magnificent love that told her that she was right where she was supposed to be. She was with whom she was meant to be with in this lifetime and this magnificent love would only grow stronger with the passage of time with her wife. She allowed herself to take in the love that Bette was extending to her in her sleep, as she knew it was real.

     

    She turned and crawled into her lover’s arms to be held close to the heart and soon fell asleep with contentment seeping all through herself for the first time in many months. Before she slept, she felt herself release as the tears began to flow from her eyes. Her heart also cried and released the hurt that she had put there through her decisions and actions towards her wife those months past. This healing was so powerful for her and she was grateful for every particle of it in this moment.

     

     

    Awareness slowly crept into Bette’s consciousness. She was slowly becoming aware of where she was and with whom she was with. She listened for a moment and recognized her wife’s peaceful breathing of her sleep state, as she smelled the aroma of her shampoo dance up her nose. Her smile in her heart grew larger. She felt her wife move and bring her body closer to hers. Something about it turned on Bette’s switch…

     

    It wasn’t anything that she’d planned, but in the next moment her emotional desires and physical needs came to the forefront and Bette moved swiftly but gently in such a way that Tina lie beneath her and soon, they were kissing one another passionately. Tina realized that she was also in need of this moment and gave Bette her all and opened up her heart to her wife and pulled her inside it.

    Their bedclothes soon came off and they were now skin to skin as they both relished this precious moment of being able to return passions and love for this most important person in their life. No words were needed, as their bodies knew this language of love that came from a very deep place in their souls.  They took turns cherishing the other’s body with kisses and tender, sensuous touches of all kinds.

    1. This was amazing and soooo sad at the same time, where do you begin when so much is happening all at once. Im so glaf Bette has all her family back and even though she cool with all her friends again im also happy that this story dont focus too much on them but the importance of Family! Love it
